It's a very good application, with this you can order online things like atta, milk, vegetables, oil, etc.

It's system UI is very simple, everyone can understand it easily.

It's service is amazing, it's delivery time is very good, it delivers things within just 3 hours.

It is very useful to those people who don't have much time to buy their daily need things.

The quality of the product are very nice, it is not that you will get expiry things, but in case if you get expiry things than you can check at the time of delivery, you can refuse the product.

Hi Guys Pepper tap surprisingly has shut down without any prior notification to their customers.

No doubt they provided quality products at reasonable prices but that doesn't makes sense to me if it only for a few days or weeks.

They have shown really unprofessional behavior after running away from the market without any prior notification in fact what has pissed me is the fact that their app is still there and their website still allows you to add whatever product you wish to but beware guys you'll only end up wasting our time and efforts. Please do not visit download their app or visit their website assuming that they will deliver you as they are no more in the business. I wish they were. management are you guys sleeping at least remove your app and shut down your website, I personally sat for almost 2 hours shortlist and adding my groceries twice as I use to order from their and got so disappointed. Friends look for a better option then relying on this so called Pepper Tap.

On opening the door I saw two young men standing there. They introduced themselves as delivery boys from PepperTap.

Please note – No uniform. No branding. I hesitated and kept my safety door locked.

I saw a bag in their hands and asked for the paper receipt of my order. They had none. Imagine! I was supposed to tally the stuff I ordered by checking the order history in my app on mobile ( what if I did not have internet connectivity at that time? ).

Also, there was one item missing and they said it ran out of stock due to heavy demand. Really? Since when amuchur powder became such a staple?

An end of an era of an awesome online grocery store.

I accept that there might be few people who had a really bad experience with the services that they had provided, however there might be few people who are disappointed as this company shut down & stopped its services.

As a consumer I must say I faced one or two issues with couple of orders but atleast they were far more better than Groffers & Big Basket. Out of 30 orders that I placed I hardly faced issues. Please come back.

First of all I am very happy with the peppertap.but when time pass he has no more stock and customarr care called me and said we have no your itrm so we can not delivered it.after some time I know that company can not deliverd his product in surat.u can check it also.

If he can not afford surat then why comr earlier.better than go for grofers and askme grocery.it givrs u ordrr in 90min.bad experiance and less discount in peppertap.so think twice to order with peppertap.thank you

I have ordered my daily needs in peppertap when I ordered after 5 minutes they have called me and telled that "hey what you will order I will not deliver the order what you will do "this types of peppertap representives worst.

And I dont want to order any thing in peppertap and service is very worst and it is very bad behaviour of peppertap reprasentive.

I never belived in online shopping for grocerries but when I tried pepper tap I was so happy with the results

The prices are of wholesale rate 1kg onion which was 50rs at retailers it was of 45rs on peppertap

Also sugar oil prices were low

I find almost everything on peppertap and that also at cheaprates. Grocerries is always fresh and they deliver on time within 1 day. Yes, they do charge for delivery but thats only 30-40rs

Peppertap.com is an online store where you can purchase Grocery Items.Initially they gave a lot of discounts.Many times I have ordered items worth 250 at only 100 Rs.

But many times I have noticed that freebies are missing.

Sometimes they list many items at a different price on thier website and at the time of delivery  you will find that the MRP is lesser than listed on their website.

Now with the latest update of PepperTap app you can not register more than 1 number from a same phone.If you do so you won't get the discount.Now those people who are using a dual SIM mobile phone it is a setback.

Sometimes they will call you and say that a particular item is not available and you have to purchase something else of same amount.Vegetables and fruits which they deliver are damaged.Once I ordered tomato and I found them leaking.Similar case happened when once I ordered Custard Apple.It seemed as if someone has played boxing with them

Many times they deliver only half the items and say that a particular item was not available.Now if someone has ordered something and is waiting for it .Now the delivery man comes and say that that particular item was not available.It is ridiculous.

I have almost stopped ordering from PepperTap although sometimes I have to order when I am feeling a bit lazy for going out to market.

App doesn't work properly, rates keep changing in matter of seconds. when I logged in as existing user the prices shown for some products were different and as new user, they were higher(and they were giving a coupon code for first time users discount). the final bill boiled down to the same figure in both cases, that's a cheap trick.

Got the delivery in time but worst of all, the apples they delivered were all rotten. do not recommend
