Paytm Wallet

The paytm is doing good, but the reason of disappointment is the paytm is not charging amount while adding money to the wallet but they are charging money to transfer money to bank account.

AS I HAVE ADDED 3000 money to my paytm wallet but the money has been deducted fron my bank account but it doesnt added to my wallet, I have tryied contacting to customer care but not able to rech to them.

In next two days I got my money into the wallet but I m not able to pay the money as my kyc has not done but the reason I hate the service is I have already registered for the kyc they tell me I will get a call for kyc but there was no call from them and my kyc has not done so I an not able to send money .

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE PROVIDED BY PAYTM TO THE CUSTOMER.

The reason for writting this is because if the kyc has not done so why the money you allowed to add money , if allowed they you should consider me to make payment throuth it .

Hello guys, Today I am going to share my personal worst experience about the Paytm Wallet.This the worst ever App.Last many months I faceing KYC issues with my profile which is on Paytm wallet app.I am trying to Complete KYC but My KYC not completed caused by its shows the notification that alredy link Adhar Card on your register mobile number and in past I applying same process for complete my KYC but its not completed. But I am shocked that I have never Register my Adhar Card on my paytm number.When I contacted to the customer care executive but call never connected to the customer care executives.One day just I was trying to contact to the customer care and suddenly call connected to the customer care executive.I told about my all problem related to the KYC but they have not any help and they have naot gives any details abouts my profile.When I asked them that whose Adhar card link on my number but they have not told about this.I was very angry and now I also angry on this customer service.New thing is that my wallet not updated and not show in my profile because my KYC not completed.This is provide worst customer service.I do not recommend this.Worst ever service.Its concept is good and features also but customer service is very poor.I will attached screenshot in which not show wallet and incomplete kyc process.

I am using paytm from the last 2 years. First days I was used paytm for the mobile recharge only. later paytm increased there features for the user convenience.

We can use paytm.com or paytm android app based on our interest. the site and app liik and feel was good. the mode of operation steps are also very easy to understand for all people.

Paytm is popular then indian PM narendra modi  decleaed demoneytization  8 november 2016. Then paytm popular very fast and paytm use resturent, bill, payment, etc .it is very usfull then and now paytm is popular all over india and pepole use paytm and anywhere you look paytm accepeted here .it is very good app. Now paytm lauch paytm mall here 100% case back people shop. According to me Paytm is a good initiative to the Digital India but as a app become famous some competitors try to manipulate them. Paytm always one to do banking by sitting at home as you all know this.

But a software or app name Paytm Prank is there in technology world which shows as much as real the original Paytm is. In this the pranker has to type a number which can be of anyone to which he/she wants to transfer a case.

After the entry the app asks you to enter the Nominee name to which the phone number belongs. After that it asks you to enter the amount you want to pay. AND what will you see is you will not get the transferred balance and the balance will also be not detected from the account of the Pranker.

I have been suffered from this app by someone. So plz beware of this app as this is been used by millions of the Indians which may affect you and your relatives. This app looks as similar as the reak paytm is and transaction is also look as similar as in real Paytm. So BEWARE of these types of apps. It could be also be from another app such as Paypal or Payza.

So its very much Dangerous.

Paytm is best app for pay money to any store

I was using this app

I was paying bills, doing recharge and train tickets and flights tickets and many more

But there is a one problem

One time I was by mistake

Pay money to wrong number

I was requested to company to give money back but no respons is to given by company

Overall app is very much good

It is a best payment app

It is also have UPI

I was also using scanner payment through app without a phone number.

But when I was order some product from app it is not getting which that on photo

But app is good!

I created account with Paytm for good. Later they made it mandatory to do KYC in order to use transfer money services as par RBI circular. Till now the story was good.

I requested on call for KYC verification, got an appointment, the PayTM KYC agent called me for the venue and time, which I allotted him/them, later the KYC team did not show up. Not my problem.

I transferred money from my bank account to my payTM wallet and tried transferring it to someone I wanted to pay the sum. The transaction was denied for the reason that the KYC was not done at all. I later decided to transfer it back to my bank to account of origin. There was no such option. I decided to pay the money to intended user in cash. I later called customer care, they just refused to transfer it back referring their policy. Now they will enjoy the money and its interest till day their KYC agents verify my KYC docs.

There is a catch in paytm policy that if you transfer money to your own paytm wallet and if you do not want to use that money, They wont transfer back the money to the account of origin. This policy is good for paytm and not for all customers. This shows greed for money, they want your unutilized money and that too they wont return it and on the top of it, they wont give interest on it. Fraudy and greedy policy, and hence the company. "HOW COME THEY ALLOW TRANSFER THE MONEY FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT TO MY WALLET AND DO NOT ALLOW TO TRANSFER IT BACK TO MY BANK ACCOUNT IF I DO NOT WISH TO TAKE THEIR SERVICES. If KYC is to be mandatory, it should be mandatory on "bank to wallet" transaction also.

I've raised a complaint with them, its case no. is: 56787623.

The customer care lady agent rudely told that there is no such policy, she said I can utilize it with shopping and I can pay to their merchants, asking me to forcefully shop from them. While there is no policy on "bank to your own wallet" money transfer. I am worried on how they get their bread and butter from your own money. Think about how many such customers may have added their own money in paytm "DEAD" wallet.

Question is, it is my money which I transferred to payTM wallet, by which rule they are not giving "MY" money back? Don't fall pray to them, they keep changing their policies to facilitate themselves and not the customers.

Dont waste your money(if you earned it) on all these kind of crap services. Ask yourself a question, do any industrialist use Paytm or similar services to pay their bills or transfer money? Answer is NO, it is us(middle class people) whose money is being USED for their good and not ours.

Please avoid PayTM. "BEWARE". "BEWARE". "BEWARE". "BEWARE". "BEWARE".

In paytm app if we are booking anything for ex: bus tickets. For offers you have to check all the promocodes and need to check for the cash back.

Here, what we want is when we choose the bus right after it has apply all the promo codes and need to display the maximum cashback. It has run this process in background and for users just need to display the maximum amount of cashback.

If it applies, it would be helpful to every Paytm user.

Paytm transactions are completing properly. For ex: Money transferred from A but B has nit received the money. But in A's transactions list it shows transaction successful. This is major facing now. Lost so much money with yhese type transactions

Need these 2 improvements in Paytm app.

I used paytm wallet to do a transaction through my phone,  but I got  a message saying your limit has exceeded and the money got saved to my wallet. Then I clicked on return to bank option in the transaction and the complete 1400 rupees simply got lost from the wallet and its not in my bank account. not received any answers to my mails from 2 days and not even a single call is getting connected to the customer care department. No one is ready to answer the call even at Nodal officer level.

I was so much happy to be a Paytm user, but from these 2 days I have decided that I never wanna continue using Paytm. Feels disgusting on you guys sitting there for customer care.

Hello guys, today I review on paytm wallet.This is the usefull wallet for all of us, In last 2 years I use this wallet, I use it for buying sonething beacuse in th paytm mall there the price of accesories is very afforttable price, also I use it for recharge netpack, and balance recharge its take just 1 minute to pay which amout you recharge also which amout you to buy something.Anywhere you pay from paytm wallet like restraunt, hotel, bus ticket, aeroplane ticket, etc.

In my opinion I think its the best wallet than any other wallet, so download this app any got help from this wallet.

I am using Paytm for six months .it's simple and usefull application.now this app proved cashback that is good for me buying product on less price also it's proved many facilities like gas bill, electric bill, restaurant bil etc, it is also give cashback on bill payment. It is easy to use money adding, sending, reciving by upi, bar code, mobile number.i think this app have minor complaine that is the reason many people using it.when I have no money to pay that time its usefull for me that is the best part of this app. It's not matter if amount small or large.

Hey Guys, Im Jasraj Singh and I'm here to give you a genuine review on Paytm Wallet. Paytm wallet is basically a virtual wallet that keeps your money safe from being mugged and stealed.I'm using paytm wallet since December 2017 and It's quite easy to use and its fast but it has some cons too. First disadvantage of this app is that you can not use paytm wallet everywhere. Some shops accepts paytm and some dont. So you have to keep some cash with you in case of any emergency. Secondly, if any of your family member or any person who knows your passcode can transfer the money from your wallet to his/hers so be careful with who you share your password. Inspite of these flaws, I really like this app. Its easy to use and you can transfer your money back to bank account too, which is amazing. Overall I like this app and I recommend you to download it if you thinking of having a virtual wallet.

For a month I was using paytm wallet in my mobile. paytm's concept is just based on online banking. Paytm was user frinedly and it can jused by any one the app looks so awesome in look and design. It have lots of features like online money transfer, online bill payments in electric, mobile phone payment and many payments. I have installed Paytm Wallet applocation few years agp and used it just to send my wallet money or paytm cash to my bank account otherwise all other necessary works can be done on Paytm application. That is why now Paytm has also removed this application from Playstore and also from their list of application in todays time. Somehow I used it and examined much buggy features and lateness in Paytm Wallet. Once I transferred around Rs. 310 in my paytm wallet and their transferring charge is too high whereas other applications didn't charge this much for transferring. If I guess it was around Rs. 15 for transferring Rs.500 to bank account from Paytm Wallet. After transferring it took much time to transfer money to my bank account or to visible it in transaction summary. When I haven't received my money I contacted my bank account then they replied that they haven't received any money and after 27 hours Paytm initiated a transfer to my bank account and just after initiation, wisely my bank account make it visible on my bank account. So, Paytm Wallet is useless for me and I didn't make any transfer from this application and now it's removed from Playstore also.

They just harass customers. they are taking 3% additional charges to transfer the amount in your account. and even their customer service is also very bad . they actually dont wanna help you.waistage of time and money . very very bad service plz dont use paytm service plz clear this prob its my requst

On 3rd Feb I made a payment of Rs. 1000 to my friend which was deducted from my wallet but it wasn't received by my friend. I waited for 48 hours but he didn't got money. So I contacted customer care to solve this issue. The customer care operator told me that due to server error your money is not delivered to the other side and asked me to wait for 24 hours, so I did what he said. Even after waiting money didn't got delivered. So I contacted customer care again, this time the operator told that money is delivered which was not correct though. Till now I didn't got refund from them. Paytm is fraud don't use it.
