My experience on this app is totally fine and I would highly recommend others to use it as I am using it from more than a year. Paytm has lot of things to explore and it's becoming better than earlier. I found many offers and deals which is just for using paytm for transactions.

Reason why I love Paytm--

1. Lots of rewards and cashbacks.

2 they also runs some online campaign which encourage people and also provide money for participation.

Paytm is now charging platform fee for mobile recharges. I don't know how do they even charge for this . This will make things even worse for paytm. They advertised you could recharge for free on paytm when phonepe charged a fee. Now they're also doing. This is the worst!

I purchased a DIY fastag from Paytm app on 04-Jun. But I couldn't activate it on my own as it was saying that the fastag is not available for self activation and 15 days ago I raised a request to the 24x7 helpline. Till today they didn't activate my fastag and even worst part is there is no update on my request since past 6 days. I have called customer care number for almost 6-7 times. Everytime they are saying please wait for sometime and it will be activated soon. But for the past 15 days I have been hearing the same nonsence and but the tag was never activated. Never buy a Paytm fastag. Their customer service is pathetic

DO NOT USE PAYTM. I lost Rs. 1000 , through a fraudulent service. Raised a complaint, the staff told within 24-48 hrs I will get a reply. No reply, no call, now when I checked to escalate the complaint, the ticket itself in the app is not there.

So requesting everyone if u have Paytm account, withdraw all the money from ur wallet, and delete the account. Never ever use the account anymore.

Attaching the photo for your reference, luckily I lost only 1000 rupees as I immediately withdrew all the money from the Paytm wallet n transferred to my bank account. If u check the image u can find how many times the fraud guy tried to withdraw the money in maybe 2-3 minutes. So beware of PAYTM, they are not going to give a damn if ur money is lost from the Paytm account. Therefore, SAVE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY AND

I have used it for last couple of years. Suddenly they have blocked my account saying that I need to a KYC. On video KYC, first of all we don’t know to whom we are giving our PAN and Aadhar details to. Person on the other side just say that they are from Paytm. That’s it. No identity proof to show. On top of that, after giving all details to that person, my KYC was not completed. On checking with customer care they had no answer. It happened last year. Now again I am trying to do a KYC and their app is not working. It says “there is some issue and try later”. Really frustrated using this app.

I want to share very bad experience from Paytm and orange tours and travels.i book one Bus ticket through Paytm of orange tours and travels.i got ticket confirmation on mail and departure time was mentioned 12:45 am on 8/05/2022.i didn't get any update about bus up to 12:30 and i don't had the number to contact also at last i find customer care number of orange tours and travels and i call them they check with pnr number and told me Bus is late by 2 hours and gave driver number I keep follow up with bus driver. Again I waited for next 2 hours on the road, when I enter the Bus which i was following up as per their guidelines that driver told me rudely that bus is full as per my seat number please get out of bus.i tolay fed-up as it is very important to go on same date because of that i call the call centre of orange tours and travels then they are telling that i have booked the ticket on next day but my ticket was on same date .once get asking the relevant questions they were not able to answer.then started to talk about refund.that travel was very important for me. What ever i check for alternative bus .then they got frustrated and told we can not do anything .they ask through which app i book the Bus ticket and go and ask with them and he shouted and disconnect the phone. While I am contacting Paytm help they are not responding properly .i got a automated message that we will try to refund the amount within 10 working days after that i trying to talk with them they don't care about that.it was very worst experience i have with Paytm and Orange Tours & Travels .i will not this service anymore.i suggest every one the same.

Worst customer care service. 24/7 means they will send automatically generated messages regarding your issue.

If you want to talk to customer care executive directly they wont even respond and you will get message "Service Unavailable".

I pay monthly light bill through paytm but this time paytm automatically paid my light bill without my permission or request. I suddenly got a msg that your automatic electricity bill has been successfully done. But I don’t wanted to pay that bill because it was over than regular bill so I wanted to confirm with MSEB first.. but why paytm did this payment automatically I don’t know. After that I am continuously trying to contact customer care but they don’t provide any call service. They just ask us to chat and solve our problem.. I just want my money back.. very pathetic service.. never use paytm

I purchased I call home theater in Feb 2022 which I received in damage condition as its mike was not working. When I complaint against this issue to paytm they told me to send the snapshot and problem description.

How can I show that mike is not functional I could explain only thats what I did and customer service told go to service center. Why should I go service center I have purchase new product to avoid the such condition nevertheless I had to suffer due to this troublesome product. Although, They did not helped me in such matter than I had to accept that product damage condition.

Now, in April 2022 within 2 months this product has stopped working properly as its bass is not working voice is not coming properly. I do not have any hope with this thief company so I just wanted to beware people. Please do not buy any product from this company as not one is responsible neither company not vendor for their products.

I would request you to buy the product from the trust worthy companies not like uthaigiri company. There is no option to give the review in minus otherwise I would have done that.

Suddenly my profile name on Paytm app is changed to Nanduri Nallamma some unknown name. How can anybody change my profile name in Paytm app. What about customer security?????

I have complained in 247 help and support in Paytm app. I have called there many times. My ticket id is 3162699597

Paytm backend and technical team is unable to resolve this issue. I talk to senior person from247 help and support she is also not giving any proper reply for this issue. Everyone is just playing passing the parcel game. Why Paytm is unsafe to use????why your backend technical team or senior person can’t handle this issue or help the person. I asked them I want to take refund from some company how can I do without my name as my name is changed by unknown person.

Do not use this app at all.. they cheating our money. I booked my bus tickets from Hyderabad to Bangalore. I was facing issue to cancel the ticket. I called Paytm and cancelled my tickets they said I will get 90% amount. But i didn't received my money. 3months i was keep on calling they were telling i will get my money. End of the they are telling it should cancelled from transport side they didn't do so we can't give. If from transport side they has to approve means why we need to use this kind of cheating app. We would have book directly to transport app.
