Very wrost experience with paytm postpaid and i suggest you to please don't use paytm postpaid I'll used only 1000 ruppee and after months to months they will charge a very huge penalty and after 1 year they will close my paytm postpaid after taking 3500 and i only used 1000 ruppee they will collect 3500 ruppee a very wrost experience with paytm Postpaid please don't use. Have already add the money 6000rs 15/01/24 I have already won the rewards and also won 93rs but not reflect on my Paytm wallet and same as 3000rs 13/01/24 I have already won the rewards and also won 15rs same not reflect on my wallet what to do.i have already raise a complaint but issue not resolved Complaint no.3365840045 when I understand Paytm is a fraud application.

I will close my all Paytm business and also closed Paytm swipe machine you are a fraud. My side Paytm feedback is very poor and my side disagree service and all to know about Paytm services and feedback and I will give the poor feedback in Google reviews

On October 23rd I lost an amount without my knowledge from paytm postpaid. I didn't know about this and when the invoice came I cleared the same but when I checked the statement I found the transaction and raised a complaint. To my surprise they replied that they made an enquiry and found that the order was initiated from my side and so they closed the ticket. I have never made such an order or left my phone unattended. Only paytm can verify and find the truth. It seems the app is not safe and worst is their customer care. I was using paytm for most of my payments but I stopped from now and also advice my clients in this regard. It's not only the amount, the sensless answer which I got from the customer care that irritates us. I really doubt that paytm is not safe and there are chances of the above type of frauds in future too.

Never, ever used it where you sleep. They are charging ng heavy amount in the name of.

Convenience fees which is very heavy and if you are not able to pay in time, the heavy Fine which is almost 10% of the amount.

Paytm is the worst brand since they will never honour the promised CashBacks on various sites, such as Zomoto etc. They have world's worst customer helpline which doesn't have a Live support. Recorded options are so limited that so you will never be able to chose option for your issue. Even if you select an option, you will just get a SMS which will result in Nothing for weeks or months! Fake.

My Paytm Payments bank account unusually blocked by Paytm without any suspicious transaction,

They don't have any process to even verify usage with the customer,

Paytm postpaid is number one fraud company. Dont install the app. Already they stolen my 5000 rupees. No customer care number. No email to complain. Only idiot chatbot available with zero intelligence. Placed complaint 3 times. But no response. If you are ready to loose your money, install this app. Very worst experience in my life time.

I took a sound box from Paytm people and they told me that there will be one time charge of your box and I switched it on which I used but they started charging me hidden charges and cheated me when I told them that their charges will be The work will be done but I was not told, it is a kind of Ford and their executive said one thing and the company is saying something else, it is all Ford.

My account is not getting unblocked since 7 days . no customer care contact is there no proper help and support . I already went through your so called 247 Help center a lot of times since these days but no proper response is there . They just open my ticket with new refrence no. and keep it unresolved . Few weeks back I have raised 3 tickets(PFB the ticket ids) for unnecessary deduction(the amount got deducted twice) of toll charges from my fastag account. The Paytm customer care team has closed the tickets without providing proper resolution and explanation.
