I’ve been using Paytm Money for a few months, and it’s been frustrating. The app keeps lagging, especially during market hours. Customer support is very slow and doesn’t actually resolve issues — they just send template replies. Even small things like portfolio updates take too long. It’s not reliable for serious investors. Overall, disappointing experience — needs huge improvement

One of the most frustrating user experiences I have ever encountered. The interface changes frequently, making it extremely difficult to navigate. Also, numerous ads show it feels like an advertisement platform and not an investment one, and the information popping up from every corner affects focus. They should learn from other good platforms on the market to provide the best and seamless user experience.

Paytm Money is one of the best platforms for stock, option trading, and mutual funds. I have been using this platform for a long time and have never faced any issues. Also, the app is good and the UI is user-friendly, so everybody, including new users, can understand it well. This is one of the most secure platforms for stock investing and trading I have ever used. Very happy with the service and would love to recommend it.

I never looked at Paytm Money as a full-fledged trading platform, but it has exceeded my expectations. It is so easy to trade and open intraday positions on Paytm that I do not look anywhere else. The platform is safe and very inexpensive. There are no account opening charges and the KYC takes less than ten minutes. Moreover, there is no annual maintenance charge for your demat account. The maximum fee on intraday trades is capped at 20 rupees per trade which is very convenient when I’m trading in high volumes.

Even for F&O trades, the charges are 20 rupees per trade which is far better than most trading platforms. The easy-to-use interface ensures everything is in one place. I can even apply for IPOs in a few easy clicks and get all the necessary information on the dashboard. Would recommend it to everyone.

Paytm Money is the worst platform when it comes to customer support. It is almost impossible to get hold of a customer support executive to resolve my issues one-on-one.

The app becomes unresponsive at times and there is nothing you can do if you miss the trade. It is very difficult to get the best prices in intraday trading. I once had my withdrawal stuck for no apparent reason and it took me almost a month of email exchanges to provide them with proofs and get my money back. The support only cares during the onboarding and there is no regard for customer experience.

I have been using Paytm money for over a year now and after experimenting with multiple platforms, this is the best app to explore and invest in mutual funds. There is a wide variety of funds available based on my risk appetite and growth targets.

My returns have been consistently higher and the funds perform well over time. I have explored debt and equity funds without any hidden charges, fees, or commissions. It took the team less than 15 minutes to set up my account and complete a paperless KYC which fastened up the entire verification process. Why do I recommend Paytm Money for Mutual Funds? The ease of use and detailed performance review and portfolio insights. You can access all the statements 24/7 and analyze your positions free of cost. Mutual Funds are a great way to diversify your portfolio and Paytm helps in that.

Paytm Money is one of the worst apps for intraday and short-term trading, especially if you are dealing with large volumes. The app lags a lot and gets stuck during critical phases.

You will find the app crashing during opening and closing hours when you need to open and close your positions. As a result, it is impossible to end a deal at the desired price. During the expiry of F&Os, the app is not able to handle the traffic and will show network errors even when I am in a high broadband area. I cannot imagine what’s the case with regular data users. Paytm Money is a decent app to invest and hold stocks or mutual funds, but for quick trades, go for a more reliable platform, even if it charges higher fees.

Paytm Money has got one of the best user interfaces and all the features are easy to navigate. The developers constantly update the dashboard, making it cleaner and more user-friendly.

The portfolio widget and profit and loss tab is amazing and give a complete overview of all open and closed positions without any complex jargon. I can easily receive the shareholdings and P&L sheet of a company with one request and make my investment decisions. Whether you are looking to invest for the short term or hold stocks long term, Paytm Money optimizes your experience with its intuitive platform. I can easily deposit funds into the wallet via UPI which makes trading more convenient. The app is as easy as using the regular Paytm app and never faces any technical issues. 10/10 experience!

The new update by Paytm Money is very disappointing and completely ruins the trading experience. I have been using this platform for over 3 years for stock trading and mutual funds. However, the recent updates are ruining the UI. The fonts have become extremely small and the position of buttons has changed.

The buy/sell and margin options are not as intuitive as they used to be. You will surely lose the entry points in your trades due to lagging buttons. They have removed the option to view the day’s performance and even the highest gainer and highest loser tab. Everything used to be available on a single screen. Now, even with the smaller fonts, I have to keep changing tabs to view my portfolio and apply filters. Need to revamp the platform ASAP.
