This is frurd company. I booked sleeper seat but they provide seater. They only looted my money. Full scam

Dear friend paytm app wallet is very disappointed service provided. Its freez my account without any reason and no body help me after few month long time response finally solve my problem but his behavior my time was wasted and my money was freezed i am so disturbed and disappointed please don't use this app many other wallet available in indian market try best applications

Very bad app. There is no customer support at all. Since more than one month I m trying to connect but no one or AI is connecting for support. Never install this app otherwise you will be in big trouble. Paytm is fraud.

Paytm is still a Best & Quick fund transfer application. Even if there are many problems that have arisen in recent times, they also have to discontinue paytm payment bank but still you are able to do all bill payments and money transfer by linking other bank account to paytm. All the services are quick and you are able to check all the bank balances in one place. Also the fund in paytm payment bank was transfer fully by them, so there is security of fund in paytm. I am able to done scan and pay anytime anywhere in no time using paytm.

I was unable to receive payment on Paytm. Tried my best to bring it into knowledge of customer care. Worst customer care ever. 0 is not there so I have to give 1 star

Never even try to book any tickets flight / train / Bus in Paytm. If by chance your trip got cancel or seat did not get confirm. Forget refund of your paid money. No customer support available to book ur complaint or Tele caller who can take your query. I am not going use this ridiculous app anymore. This is a chillar app to make Pan-bidi payments only.

This app is very good at ago time but this time these very this are very minor thing to not get some online payment because of the customer services and there replied time so It was some minor things about the Paytm so it will use in your rehabilitate and some extra guts about and some relax ment about paytm

Today on 1 St June, 2024. I recharged my metro card with Rs.500/-, but ptm deducted ?/-. ??/- as travel insurance without my consent and knowledge. It a bleach of trust between customer and service provider. If RBI see this message i request them to take strong action against Paytm.

Paytm is worst payment app. It tells you to do KYC to submit money to bank account. PhonePe and Google Pay are much better. Its customer support is pathetic, never responds. We at Shiva Realty had Rupees 88000 struck in Paytm, it was never transferred to our bank account. When we mailed and called Customer Care lot of time, they suspended our account.

We had to go to court to recover money, and court slapped additional Rupees 1 Lakh fine. Our money was recovered but after three years.

Paytm is one of the biggest fraud companies in India.

For the first time, we booked flight tickets through Paytm. Now when we try to change the flight, it does not work.

We tried both the app and the website. I spoke to their customer care, and they said'if you reschedule through us, it will cost you Rs.2, 500 extra".

Their system doesn't allow us to make changes so we have no choice but to avail customer care support who will then charge us more.

You deserve what RBI did to you!

What they do is...they will tell you that Soundbox has an offer of rs. 1 per month rental. After a month they charge 125 rs as rental and 1 rupee extra as a rental.

I tried to deactivate the Soundbox. Their customer care person called me that my 375 rs which were deducted will be refunded in 7 working days and my new rental plan will be 1 rs per month. I said ok go on. But after 1 month from then no money has been refunded. Also another 125 rs has been deducted.

What a pathetic service they offer.

I had two fastag accounts with paytm but due to ongoing problems with paytm I requested to close my fastag account and refund MY Money held by paytm, however even after close to a month paytm has not refunded MY money held by them. Customer care is completely non- existent and do not listen to my issue. If I vall them on customer care only thing I hear is that all customer care executives are busy. I hald the call for hours but no one talks or even call back. I strongly feel that paytm has usurped my money and they have no intention to refund my money to me. Deal with Paytm at your own risk.

Worse app..Very disappointing.. Customer care zero...seems like fraud.. travel cancellation option (flight, train) always not working properly..Very tuff to get refund..Very very poor service..At present R.B.I also banned it's paytm payment bank..This shows it's worse quality, service and characteristics..
