The ayurvedic desi Cow ghee improves the density of the bones, hormones, eyesight and also reduces the malnutrition. Ayurvedic experts even don''t consider Jarsi as cow. Patanjali ghee is not less than amul butter. you should not drink water for 30 to 45 mins after consuming ghee. It will turn like a poison .
