Paras Hospital, Ghaziabad Reviews

Worst hospital
Oct 13, 2016 12:23 AM 8179 Views

Pathetic hospital. It was the worst private hospital I have ever come across. My dad was having very high fever and I admitted him here under Doctor MK Singh. he was admitted for more than 10 days and they did more than 60 tests but doctor was not able to diagnosed the cause of fever and doing unnecessary test to add up bills. When I asked doctor why fever is not settling down and how long will it take to come down his response was like I don't know and what can he do as all tests are negative. They have all Bihari doctors who even don't know which medicine to give or not. doctors are prescribing disprin to their patient and just don't care about patient health. Nurses are so careless and arrogant. they don't pay attention to patients. you have literally call them 10 times to remove IV if patient has to go to bathroom or if there is an emergency.they did not even monitor the fever, we were monitoring the fever ourselves and telling doctor.

After experimenting with different different medicines fever settled down but platelet started decreasing and doctor was not bothered about it at all. He was not even telling us to arrange for platelet units. We transfused 3 units of platelet but his platelet count was not coming up and showing low in their reports. then we decided to do collect the blood sample and do the test from outside and result was shocking. paras hospitals report platelet count was showing 15K however test which was done from outside showing platelet count as 40K. we did couple of tests from outside and every time paras reports were showing low platelet count but reports from outside was always high. Doctor was insisting to do bone marrow and called a doc from outside without our consent but we denied the test and asked for discharge from hospital. After 2 days of discharging his platelet count increased significantly and he is doing better now. Never ever admit your loved ones here! their reports are fake, doctors are unqualified and staff is unprofessional. If you struck here please get your patient test done from outside and better go to some good hospital.

About 6 years back when I was of around 15 years. I was having problem of stomach infection and I have developed nodes in my stomach due to which I was in very much pain. I went to many hospitals and doctors, all said that they have to operate to remove the nodes.

After all this nearly 2 years passed I was living on medicines, my father told that we should try Paras Hospital and we went there. We went to a doctor Rajneesh Monga who is a stomach specialist there. He told me that he can cure without operating me but he has to carry some tests and he said that he can cure this within 6 months. During my treatment I had to be admitted regularly for tests and reports. I was cured within 5 months of treatment that too only with medicines. The doctors are very friendly also the other staff. They are very keen abut cleanliness. The hospital food is very good. Emergency services are available 24 hrs.

And this is the hospital which cured me. Because of them only I am able to write this review today.

Doctors negligence

Paras hospital is the worst hospital ever visited to. Doctors ar so careless and kind of illitrate. Dr. Goyal(orthopaedic) left the hospital after prescribibg plaster on my sisters left leg. And when called he said that he has left meet him on monday. Incident is of saturday. When I tried to talk to dr. Deepak jain owner of the hospital. I was pushed by the receptionist. I called pcr van and only after that they called another doctor. But height of stupidity done by that doctor Dr. Sheel was that he did wrong plaster on my sisters leg due to which she was not at all able to walk. The we went to another doctor. He said there was no requirement of plaster as there is only sprain and can be cured with crape bandage and complete rest. requeat you all to kindly never visit this hospital even in crital emwrgency only for first aid. U will come out with something else.

The very first reason of loving Hospital is the systematic process. Best hospital having specialty doctors and good staff coordinating team.A hospital giving excellent treatment and work management is too best as compare to others. Affordable for middle class family.

Doctor is more familiar to the patients. My sister admitted for 15 days in paras hospital for bypass surgery and 1 month for regular check up now she is fine. The diagnostic and reports are affordable overall it's a perfect place to visit.

My aunt's surgery was done here. she was blessed to get operated here, the way the satf handled her and took care of her needs was very satisfying and they don't charge extravagantly. They keep a proper track after the surgery has been done. Regular medication and follow ups to check if there are any further signs of disease.

They share every thing in detail so that one can know what he's going through and how worse it can get. they also build up the confidence when in tough times. We are glad to know about this hospital, It turned out to be a boon for us.

My uncle had an onset weakness of left upper & lower limb and he also had difficulty in speaking and urinary intervention. He was evaluated urgently by the doctors. And now he is absolutely fine and living happily with us.

The infrastructure of the hospital is better then any other hospitals and the behavior the staff is also good and very polite. This is the reason I always prefer Paras for any health issues.

Thank You,

Paras.

Worst Hospital ever
Mar 13, 2016 12:04 PM 6088 Views

It was March 6th, 2016 which was last week when my friend had an accident near Huda Metro and were took to Paras hospital where no one was willing to attend me for almost 15 minutes. And when I was attended, I just got dressed up with no pain killer or any injections and even no medicine prescription for future or that time.

They just cleaned and dressed me up and asked me to leave where I had bleeding and pain. I asked them for medicine and the doctors had no time to listen to me at all. He was attending another case and the Nurse was carrying a queen like attitude.

However, people over the cash counter are so swift and let you know your hole in the pocket right there .

Worst ever treatment I have ever had yet.

I am not blaming the all section of paras but the one located in vaishali sector 4 I want to bring viewer attention towards it. My mother was very ill she incurred through low digestion. Her condition got critical. We took her to paras hospital it took her almost 4-5 days to recover properly in the hospital, then she was discharged to home.

The doctor did do their duty properly but we found that they charged more than the budget it should be. We had to pay as we had no other option than it but for a middle class people it gets unaffordable to pay huge amount.

I had my sister admitted in hospital day before yesterday and we got the discharge yesterday. Doctor approved discharge process @ 10:00 AM however we got relieved at 6:00 PM and that too without discharge summary and the reason was that the typist is unavailable so pls collect the discharge summary tomorrow and today when we are here to collect the discharge summary, typist has not typed that yet.

I seriously don't understand why hospital staff is not taking care to these small responsibilities towards a patient. I am writing this review while sitting at paras waiting for the discharge summary.

Just meeting the doctor made me feel better :)

It is rare to find Doctors you can befriend at a personal level and the basic to anyone getting better is to feel better. I personally attribute a number of diseases of the body to that of the mind; Of course ignorance about basic personal healthcare can cause illness but there are times when you mind is so preoccupied with day to day problems: Anxiety, Stress,  etc. aggravate your problem.

Your doctor is supposed to be your partner in you health care. I met a wonderful doctor today at Paras(Internal Medicine) who has to my mind hit every point that makes a Good Doctor. Paras Hospital is a good place well fitted with state of the art equipment and infrastructure, comparatively pocket-friendly billing and most importantly good Doctors and dedicated staff.

I had been on dialysis for four years. Then I come to know about paras hospitals, Gurgaon.I have undergone consultation by Dr. P N Gupta, he is a veteran Nephrology surgeon there.

After studying all my medicates, he suggested me to go for a kidney transplant. He is very humble and vigilant, I must mention.

Finally, I had a kidney transplant in May. I am healing well afterwards. It has been more than 3 months now, I am feeling like I have got my life back!

I just need to special care about the schedule of your medicines and hygiene as suggested.I couldn't believe how well I did! The whole credit goes to the paras hospital team.

Many Thanks

We used to visit Paras hospital for consulting  as well as paediatrician. My friend's mother was suffer from cancer so I went there. All the doctors and nurses were good and supportive. They took utmost care while we were in hospital.

We were in hospital for 2 days. The attendant have not lift, one is for visitors and officials other is for patient and officials. If someone who is an attendant, want to got to -1 where they have Canteen, their corporate office, need to got to first floor and then by stair case to -1. I had a word with a stupid lift operator on this. What a system?

The supporting staff like the lift operators, people in OPD, Medical Records Department, Labs are worse, even security.

My friend's mother admitted there for good treatment.  I have checked with Medical Records Department(MRD) about the procedure, that moron have asked Rs. 1200/- for getting it done by him,  He might have done purposefully.this is good hospital for treatment but little bit costly.

Killed my Nanaji with a motive to make money
Jul 11, 2015 05:29 PM 23165 Views

I am writing this review with sorrow and lot of pain. This is to make the people aware about the fraudulant  practices going at Paras Hospital Gurgaon .

I am sharing horrible experience at Paras Hospital Gurgaon. My nanaji consulted Dr Bharat Kukreti at Paras Hospital Gurgaon. He diagnosed him and suggested to undergo ECG. When ECG was done he found out that there was missing pulse.

He suggested him to undergo surgery and install ICD device. The device cost a whopping Rs 5 lakh.He told us that there is no other alternative. He told us that the hospital will get the device from London and after installing the device he would be alright.

He frightened us that if we do not install the device then there is danger to his life. We all got scared after listening this and decided we would do whatever it takes to save his life. Then we got him admitted in the hospital. One thing came to us as a shock that the doctor we consulted Dr Bharat Kukreti was making excuse of performing the surgery. He told us that he is having slip disk problem and can’t even stand properly and Dr Tapan Ghosh will be performing surgery. We told Dr Bharat that we consulted you and request Dr Bharat to perform surgery. He started making excuses and told us not to worry my nanaji is in safe hands and have faith in Dr Tapan Ghosh. Then surgery was performed and they installed the ICD. The next day my nanaji was discharged.

After installing the ICD device the next day onwards he started facing complications. He started feeling breathless and had body ache. His arms and legs were swelling. We informed Dr Bharat about this and he told us not to worry it is minor problem. On the 6th day after installing ICD device we informed Dr Bharat Kukreti about his condition and told him that he is facing complications and his whole body had swollen and his urine output is decreasing. He told us don’t worry and advised us to get Potassium and Sodium test done . We got his test done from Dr Lal Path Lab and got the reports. His reports were fine and informed Dr Bharat. On the 7th day my nanaji was facing problems with high blood pressure and high pulse rate. We informed Dr Bharat Kukreti about his condition and he suggested us to get him admitted. We called the Paras Hospital ambulance. The Ambulence took 3hrs to reach my destination. I was shocked to see the inefficiency of the ambulance. The staff of ambulance is very much unprofessional. Don’t know basic requirement of patient being transferred. No ethics poor ambulance service. I asked ambulance that why it took 3 hrs to reach my destination. I told them my place is 7 min drive from hospital. They started giving excuses . The hospital was deserted at night with hardly anyone on call. The night doctors and staff were unprofessional. Nurses couldn’t find his vein and kept poking him with needle repeatedly. It was a nightmare.

Then he was taken to ICU. On the next morning Dr Bharat Kukreti came for visit and told us that he is stable now and when asked him shall we meet him he told us that let him relax for awhile. After waiting all day in their ICU waiting room at night I took permission to see him but night duty doctor refused to give permission. He was very rude. Don’t have manner to talk to visitors. I even saw him scolding senior citizen who came to visit their patient. On the 3rd day they conducted his tests and found that potassium level is very low. He informed us about low potassium level we told him that we conducted the same test  4 days ago from Dr Lal Path Lab and saw him the reports . He compared the reports and he told us don’t worry there must some error in reports generated by Paras Hospital. One has to wonder about the credibility of the Paras Lab. I suspect that Paras even changes the reports . On the 6th day Dr Bharat told us that my nanaji condition is becoming critical and his kidney functioning is deteriorating and handed over the case to Dr PN Gupta. Dr PN Gupta was very unprofessional and careless doctor. He suggested dialysis. My nanaji went through dialysis 5 times and eventually his kidney failed. The doctors were transferring cases to one another. We asked Dr Bharat that if it is due to ICD Machine that his condition had become critical. He got nervous and was speechless we asked him can the ICD machine be taken out. He said no the ICD machine cannot be taken out and they can’t perform his Xray and MIR due to ICD device. While waiting in the ICU waiting area I talked to a lady who told me that her husband is on ventilator for the past 8 months and told me that while performing operation her husband nerve got cut. He can’t breathe on his own. The Hospital had made a bill of Rs 47 lakhs till now and kept him all alone in a secret ward. I was shocked to hear this incident. The lady told me that everyday she came to hospital from Faridabad. I was shocked to hear the reviews of Paras Hospital from people .

There were many incidence where patient had to lost his life because of negligence and mishandling by doctors. I fear what could useless morons could do to finish precious life. They are money minded people and don’t take age factor into consideration. Paras Hospital knows the trick to increase procedure and hospital stay. In ICU visit by senior doctors to the ward are rare and unpredictable and most of the time attendants end up coordinating and following up with them on next  step. Coordination among doctors is totally lacking. Doctors simply have no time to step out of OPD for quick review of situation he sends someone else indeed. On the 14th day in the ICU my nanaji got expired. He passed away with tears in his eyes. That moment still triggers in my mind . Every moment I  regret this incidence. At the time of billing they made bill of RS 11 lakhs. After making payment we asked for the body they said that they needed to perform surgery to remove ICD device otherwise it could explode like a bomb. I was shocked to hear this thing. At paras hospital one has to be very careful especially with serious surgerical complications. At Paras patient undergoes painful procedure that are unnecessary and cost life. They are money minded people and don’t take age factor into consideration. Beware it is just a money making machine and you will be looted for all unexpected expenses you can’t think of.

Paras Hospital is a graveyard for patients .If you want to live don’t ever go to Paras Hospital. Iurge people to totally boycott Paras Hospital it is a disaster, a hallmark of ineffiency and incompetence.

Come ahead and raise your voice to save human life.
