Paras Hospital - Ghaziabad

I have been to paras hospital recently and was glad to see that in today's time where all the hospitals have become money making machines.. paras still cares for his patients.. I found transparency in their bill.. my uncle who underwent knee replacement was well taken care of..

I have only these words to say for this hospital and its staff.. keep up the good work.. I would really recommend this place to my friends and relatives

Its just a business nothing like hospital, charges are too high compare to other in city. as I had an experience during by wife's delivery. the consultant doctor did not took the responsibility to save my wife's life. and asked to deposit the 4 Lakh of money immediately, even knowing that the treatment is provided by her since past 8 months. I rush with my wife here and there to save her life and finally I got a local hospital who charged 40K with 5 days treatment and released my wife without worry.

"I'll suggests not to go with Promises, look doctors experience and responsibility"

come ahead and raise your voice to save the human life.

You are planning to go to paras hospital - gurgaon beware this is just a money making machine and you will be looted for all the unexpected expanses you cant even think of.

A minor high BP will be forcefully converted to a stroke fear and you will no choice but to get admitted and the meter for PARAS is on. Without checking on to the further inspections you will have to go for angiography and all because the staff is not sufficiently capable enough to judge the patients status. Please be catiuos

Paras hospital has everything to offer in terms of patient treatment.The doctors at paras are so courteous that a patient does not feel like he is a patient.The staff is cooperative and very polite.All the important test were carried out at Paras when we were in the emergency, doctor took the immediate decision for the surgery, we were reluctant that at night how the things will happen but doctor on duty told me that need not to worry we will arrange every thing .we were offered a quiet place to wait till the surgey is over, doctor came and informed us that our patient is now doing fine and will be shifted to post operative ward .we were then allowed to meet the patient .Thanks paras for taking good care of my loved ones.

1. The main consulting Physician was very good, as and when he visited things sorted out despite appearing to be going out of hands a couple of times.

   
   




2. All systems are in place e.g. the billing procedures, regular inspection by house keeping in-charge, dietician etc. However, it is the quality of service which needs attention by the management.

The rooms are good and apparently clean but with mosquitoes (anaphelese).  The Head of services inspecting did not believe therefore a few dead mosquitoes killed with some effort were shown to her. She did not do anything on the first day but the lady who came to examine services next day arranged an 'All out', and it hardly worked as mosquitoes seem to have developed resistance against these. Something need to be done about this serious health hazard present within the hospital premises.

   
   




4. But there are bigger problems e.g. the quality of skills nursing staff possess. Though not incourteous  and rude, they do not know their jobs, particularly putting 'candula' /IV fluid needle into the veins with the exception of few. I am sure even doctors must also be frustrated with this. I hope that the hospital works to improve this vital workforce by training.

   
   




5. The patient had horrible second night as her condition deteriorated but the Resident doctor did not turn up despite being informed by the nursing staff. The nurse on duty also ignored our repeated request to do something about the abdominal pain and loose motions patient had been having as IV fluid/inlet of antibiotics had also stopped due to blood clot. After 5 hours of pain, fortunately the patient recovered at her own. The R Doc apologised next morning for not being able to come the last night.

   
   




6. Quality and taste of the food given to the patient was Excellent and the Hospital deserves Compliments for the same except the quality of 'Paras' made curd which was sour.

   
   




7. The best thing about the hospital, I do not know whether it was doctor specific, was that at no stage we felt that there is tendency to overstretch our stay or bill us for more things to encash our stay.

   
   

Overall, the quality of the Physician concerned and 'non looting' attitude would keep me visiting this hospital again when in need as Gurgaon is a difficult place and I find it in-general a 'Loot Gaon'.  I hope there is improvement in grey areas as mentioned above and also provided to them through the feed back form, which too is a good system the hospital is having.

They all have professional doctors having experience of more than 5 years. They don't charge extra and are genuinely concerned with one's health and I recommend you all to go for Paras Hospital.

Paras Hospital is neat, clean and tidy other than that the healthcare team ensures the well- being of their patients and they know their job well.

Doctors are excellent, they kept us informed & updated. They are humble & very encouraging. Nursing care is polite, humble and quick. Very caring. Service is great. Cleanliness is one of the best in the Paras hospital. Staff is generally very good & helpful. Overall it was an excellent experience. Great service & cheerful staff. Paras Hospital is one of the best hospitals in Gurgaon well equipped with all medical facilities. Clean and hygienic. Doctors from different fields available. Wards are good and nursing is proper. Being on the main road it is easily accessible. Hospital is very good, clean area, doctors were very polite.

My mother had a cardiac attack a few weeks before we took her to paras hospital. After minor formalities, they had started treatment immediately. Now she is out of danger. Paras Hospital is extremely good in terms of the behavior of all staff, best of the doctors are available, and management is very much customer-centric.

We went to Paras Hospital last year in June when my uncle's kidney got damaged. They handled the situation very wisely and they guided us only the important things that need to be done in order not to waste any money.

The ambience of the hospital was good. It was clean, fresh and no smell of medicines was there.it was more like a star rated hotel than a hospital.

the security was very tight as they would check the cars first and would let only limited persons meet the patient in the room as no hassle is tolerated.

all the facilities were there i.e. food, washrooms were excellent and air conditioner.

doctors are also very cooperative in every situation so that no causality should be there. helpers are available for patients who could not walk and help is provided at every point. So for every emergency, it is highly recommended.

This hospital offers affordable services and the possible best treatment to their patients. In fact, they keep their bill and the things that they charge for on the table thus, we did not felt like they are ripping us. The nursing staff was concerned about my father’s health and took care of him until he recovered. High recommend their services!

I stayed there with my mother last year for her treatment and I experienced that their services was really good and quick. I didn't expect that because most of the hospitals I visited in past had such a pathetic services. But Paras hospital is best when it comes to services. They are quick and lenient with their patients and get them what they want quickly without any hesitation and discouragement.
