I am a frequent visitor here and very tasty food but one employee atitude or behaviour can easily takes your ranking to bottom , very unhappy today, very bad service . We are not coming for sacred offering of food we are paying for whatever we are eating.

An Excellent Sadya....Enjoyed each dish...All three payasam were very nice....The Take away counter was systematically arranged for smooth hand over of parcel....The packing was arranged in a wise manner with each sadya in separate packets...Even additional vazhayila was given on request with out any hesitation...The quantity of item also more than enough..Enjoyed the Onasadya...Paragon is a blessing to Ananthapuri..

Service was the worst. Waitress was behind bar and just looked at us and we had been there 20 minutes already. She didn’t come and get our drink order until I waved her over. When she finally did get to the table there was NO greeting she just looked at us like we were. Nuisance. We were the ONLY ones dining. Food took forever and was tasteless. We asked for to go boxes and it was again a bother to her. There was no thank you for coming. We will never go there or recommend it to anyone. We live five minutes away for 41 years. What a shame. She paid more attention to the people who were just having drinks. Maybe they knew more than we did. My mareretta was watered down and no alcohol. Worst experience I ever had.

I couldn’t even see the menu since they don’t offer any printed menu. So that means someone who does not use a smart phone cannot order food! However a printed sheet of paper is used as table mat. Why not a similar sheet of paper printed menu is given?

Food is not made from fresh ingredients - they use frozen vegetables. Service is quick, because they use readymade gravy made of cheap sauces and ready boiled fish and meat. Street vendors in Trivandrum serve better food than this.

Sexist behaviour was observed as women employees were allowed only water serving, cleaning and desk jobs.

Too crowded for an evening out. Noisy from chatter of other customers. Music was not audible from the noice.

Hummus and chutneys doesn’t resemble original taste. Hummus is never homogenous in texture. This is some cheap substitute. Was it olive oil in hummus? NO

They don’t clean the tables after a customer is served. Just removed paper table mat and served other customers. This too when Corona virus precautions are still in force.

I don’t mind paying for food. But there should be good standards. Never again to be looted like this.

Worst experience, went for breakfast on this new year day with family, Nd ordered a simple breakfast but made us wait for half an hour and said the food is not ready yet, my kid Is 3 yr old and just ordered a ghee roast for him, even that was not provided.

The staff when asked abt the delay said that they had some swiggy orders to complete first before making our food.

Very bad experience.
