Pls don’t buy any products from pantaloons in online and I ordered one shirt online but I received waste cloth inside the package and I raised complaint through customer care and amount has been refunded by pantaloons

I purchased one item from Pantaloons online application on 24th November which had an estimated delivery date as 30th November.

They didn't delivered on estimated date and when I asked for cancellation on 1st December they said 10 days for processing cancellation.

On 10th December they said sorry sir your case is on priority basis and you will have the solution in 2-3 days.

On 16th December they said cancellation is being processed and you will get the refund by 2-3 working days.

On 20th December they said it will definitely be solved till Monday i.e. 23rd December

Today on 23rd December they said sorry for inconvenience we will proceed with cancellation.

Pathetic and rubbish service.

Bluffing the clients and not giving any solutions even after 1 month of order date.

Loved the collections and clothes. But the helpers are way too clingy, they do not let us shop by ourselves. The helpers Wrote themselves an excellent feedback review through our phone, so be careful.

Don't order anything with pantaloons online ...you will loose money and material will not be delivered. Their delivery partner never tries to deliver but you get a message that delivery attempted and failed. Finally no clothe no money.

I recently purchased some jeans from Pantaloons. I am really happy with the fir and quality. Jeans material is so good amd comfortable for me. Its fabric is so nice with Stichable. After washing its fabric Color is not going up. Its stitching is flawless. Really I am so happy to buy jeans from Pantaloons because I have purchased so many jeans other side but their fabric colour is going up after washing. But my friend recommended to buy from pantaloons , after buying it from pantaloons , I am so happy. My first experience with pantaloons is very nice. Next time I will buy many things. So I will recommend everyone to buy from Pantaloons.

Dont order anything from pantaloon store , i ordered one item and after 12 days i am still waiting for the item, i am calling customer care and they are very rude in behaviour and saying same thing wait wait wait,

Truly a fraud store, selling only the worst quality clothes and charging tons of money for each. My dad bought a white half-sleeve shirt and it got decayed after only one wash.

Delivery folks update false status they don’t deliver the product and say that we were not at home . They charge extra amount for express delivery however do not show up at your door to deliver. On top of that Faid the customer care agent says me to wait for another 7 days to get this order delivered despite paying for extra charges. Be cautious people while ordering from pantaloons they make fool out of people.

I usually visit Brookfields mall for shopping foot wear and shop occasional dresses at times in few outlets. I get discount coupons from friends. That's the only time I plan and visit this shopping mall. I was looking for cotton ankle length regular fit plazzo and free size plain color tops. RANGMANCH brand had some invidual tops and plazzos on sale. I choose 3 plazzos and 4 tops. Material seems elegant. but, price of plazzon was Rs.1300 per pant.I did not have that much budget. I finally choose 2 plazoos and 2 tops only. I did not get the color in XL size I was looking for. They had on XS, S size on all those good designs. I was disappointed and did not want to leave the outlet without shopping. I wont visit this shop again even with coupons. As, they have very less options for XL size to choose and also very expensive. If I compare the same quality with outlets in town hall area they are 35% less and more options to choose for me.

Worst service pathetic behaviour snatch phone from customer rude behaviour.

Worst store manager his name is so called Mr. S Tiwari..

There was some issue and the employee of the store kept my mobile more than 10 minutesjust for checking my soft copy bill.

They himulated people like anything.

Each and every stuffs are behaving rude specially who are in higheraches.

They kept my item and did not return it they billed me 1000 bucks too.

They forced me to go to back office for the issue.

It was too rude too much himulating customers.

Even customer service centre they are very bad.

They provoke customer to disconnect the call and do not transfer the call to the supervisor.

It's my hard working money they just rob like anything.

How they can keep my item and fing handover it to the customer.

Did I ask for free i paid it.

Pantaloons should take an action as soon as possible and refund my money back.

Otherwise I'll reach more higheraches.

They just remove you're reviews from side.

I received the product which was different color and initiated refund request but Customer care people are saying they cannot refund t my bank account as it was done COD.

When I made payment through phone pay why can't they ravage the money to same account. They are saying it will be credited to Pantaloon credit which they are fooling by keeping my money.

I request everyone not to buy anything when other online shopping can refund money to bank account why can't they do.

This is why Pantaloon online platform is dropping down
