The refrigerator was repair in Delhi on 16/04/2019. On 22/04/2019 I shifted my residence to Gurgaon.
on 6th June the refrigerator again stopped working.
On lodging a complaint the technician promptly visited the site only to tell me that I have to get this repaired from the vendor from Delhi.
The repaired product is under three months warranty.
The Delhi Vendor has asked for conveyance expenses of Rs 400 which we have agreed but has failed to show up for the last three days.
Yesterday an Engineer/Technician assigned by Sakshi Service, asked me to send him the Google Location, which as promptly done, however he did not show up at all despite my repeated calls and his assurance that he would.
Today the same engineer told me that he has been given different duty and hence I should contact his office.
Today on escalation to the senior Manger at Sakshi Service the Authorized Service center at Delhi, I was told that they have postponed has they do not have the part.
This was contradictory to the fact that yesterday they have assigned an engineer to visit.
