Bought 335 litre Panasonic refrigerator from store. It doesn’t even perform basic function of cooling. Please don’t think Of buying any Panasonic product. After calling technical team thousand times they came and opened my refrigerator completely but simply declined to replace it. I bought it from “Navrang Saharanpur”.

Please do not buy any Panasonic product they are simply fake

Do not ever purchase panasonic refrigerator. Worst technical support and customer service. Basic fault in control board design. Every year it requires replacement and service provider is not giving any satisfactory answer as to why every year the board is going bad. There is no company representative to contact for this.

Purchased 2 Door Frost Free Panasonic Refrigerator from Vijay Sales, Opera House Mumbai. Installed on 5-3-2020. Mismatched castors were fixed after ELEVEN days of trial n error. Informed Panasonic re ICE Crystals on Freezer Walls. Asked to be patient due to Lockdown. Technician came when lifted, took snaps, asked us to empty freezer 2-3 times and take photos. Tiresome for senior citizens.

Panasonic VOC emails : “after inspection of the unit we found your Refrigerator is working fine as per the product specification." And“We have observed normal frosting”.

ICE crystals on walls, ice layer on food container is normal! Ridiculous! Lies lies lies! See photos uploaded. Is frost n ice crystals on Freezer walls normal? No but YES according to Panasonic. Sent emails to CEO and a tweet, both unanswered! Very Indifferent, poor Service, lies are written in emails, not polite customer care and and customer is left in lurch.

Vijay Sales sells products vigorously but doesn’t help customers when there is a problem.

Don’t ever go for Panasonic and read other reviews on Panasonic Website itself. Buying trouble if u buy Panasonic, go for LG n Samsung both tried n tested. Panasonic product and customer care sucks! Disgusted.

I bought the refrigerator 3 months ago. It is a best budget refrigerator with almost all features. The style and design is awesome. The durability is very high. The main advantage is that it reduces the current consumption. The main reason for buying it is less use of CFC. It is light weighted and with an average height.

I have purchased this product in May 2018.But it stopped cooling on July 13 2019. I registered a complaint for that, so the technical person visited our place. I have purchased extended warranty so no need to pay any money, He said problem is dryer and main pcb and gas charging. It has been 9 days but no answer from service center and whenever I call service center they say that it will take another 15 days. So never buy panasonic product, they are very arrogant and when they have to repair the product in warranty they give excuses.

In 5 years without fail EVERY year in peak summer the refrigerator would stop working & even with daily follow up it would take 10-15 days plus cost of expensive parts to get the fridge rectified.

Finally I am fed up & buying a new fridge of another brand this year!

NEVER EVER BUY PANASONIC REFRIGERATORS IN INDIA!

The refrigerator was repair in Delhi on 16/04/2019. On 22/04/2019 I shifted my residence to Gurgaon.

on 6th June the refrigerator again stopped working.

On lodging a complaint the technician promptly visited the site only to tell me that I have to get this repaired from the vendor from Delhi.

The repaired product is under three months warranty.

The Delhi Vendor has asked for conveyance expenses of Rs 400 which we have agreed but has failed to show up for the last three days.

Yesterday an Engineer/Technician assigned by Sakshi Service, asked me to send him the Google Location, which as promptly done, however he did not show up at all despite my repeated calls and his assurance that he would.

Today the same engineer told me that he has been given different duty and hence I should contact his office.

Today on escalation to the senior Manger at Sakshi Service the Authorized Service center at Delhi, I was told that they have postponed has they do not have the part.

This was contradictory to the fact that yesterday they have assigned an engineer to visit.

I am going to write down my experience on using the Panasonic Single Door Refrigerator, It is definitely stunning product and stylish, I purchased this one six month ago, the date will go back June - 2 - 2018.

For a middle class family this one is more, all facilities are included. This is intended to be used in household, shops and hotel.It has convenient structure and figure, 3 star quality encompassed(it is to be noted that the electricity charge will increase by using refrigerator covered less than 3 star quality), its freezer compartment is balk and comfortable, Its vegetable basket is also huge and refrigerator compartment is vast, the refrigerator made facilities for something like egg and tiny commodities by arranging cute trays and glass shelves.

This product of Panasonic NR-A190SS with 186 Ltr capacity is single door refrigerator, that is better to nuclear family. its motion isn't hard, it has adjustable foot so that we can put it wherever we like. It is simply we can clean all the corner of this refrigerator, unlike other companies like Dell, Gotherage, Samsung etc. these are difficult to be cleaned especially the back side because of covering with grill, rather the back side of Panasonic is plain, that save from slush and dust. This company gives 5 year warranty.

It is excellent in perfection and facilities so I recommend you. my family in deep dealing with this product share their happiness wjth me, and really I enjoy with it.

This is the worst product I ever used .i have been using for 3 years I faced many problems .

It does not work properly even the voltage is good, take too much time to start when it is onçe on.take to time to cold the things and the worst thing its customer service.i get 4 time repaired in 3 year of using.i will never suggest you to buy this product. .

Hello guys here would like to give the review on the panasonic 582 l frost frizzer. As per my experience I found it a value able product because the frizzer is advanced in technology and also good in cooling

I did not find any hardware issue related to this as well as it does not consume as much electricity also.

Even I use.it to make icecream and some.time.keep milk for many days but I never find the milk gwt sour.

This is handy and durable product as I said earlier that I did not find any issue with it.

Inner space is also wide we can keep so many stuff and divided in proper format.

Style.and design is effective too.

My views on panasonic 582 L  frost free refrigerator. This refrigerator is side by side door product and the freezer type is bottom freezer. It is frost free and its actual capacity is 582 L its body is made up of toughned glass doesn't  make much noise.

All the features makes it a good product and it is user friendly product. This refrigerator is very durable. It runs smooth and it is not too heavy and is easily adjustable which makes it very handy refrigerator.

The overall style and design of this product is superb especially its inner side looks excellent and body sleek and well designed and equipped and the outer portion is attracting viewers.

This product is very cool and service and support of panasonic is very caring and supportive. They gave 5 years big warranty of this refrigerator and they always ready to help out if this product have any problem . Thank you

Recently I have purchased Panasonic 296 L Frost Free Double Door Referigerator at the cost of RS 32, 499 only. It is a user friendly product as it has 296 litres of storage capacity in it. Durability is good since it consumes low electricity when compared to a normal products. It saves energy upto 20%. The product is handy and the desk also looks so big when compared to other refrigerators. Style and design of the product is excellent as it is made of steel. Service and support provided will be provided by Pansonic company for one year. So it is best suitable for big families.

Hello guest, this is Rezaul and today I would like to share my experienced about this  Refrigerator. I have have been using this refrigerator for eight months. I  faced many problem with this refrigerator. At first, It consumes more electricity and hence we are getting very high bill. At Second, The sound of this refrigerator is like as generator, after that I called customer care they visited my home and did something but again after a few days the sound increased like as bike. Their service engineer has no proper knowledge to identify the issue exactly. The service and support of this refrigerator is very  poor. The refrigerator is not cooling properly, this is a main problem. The compressor quality is not so good, so its cooling system is not  so good. The cooling need more time to make ice, it is totally very bad. Durability of this product is not good because its cooling system is not good. Style and color( also design) of this refrigerator is not so good.It is not a handy refrigerator. It is not a user friendly refrigerator due to its bad services. It is totally waste of money.
