My fridge has stop working and technician from the co. Said to change a part we have to order it now it has been 2 months my problem is not resolved now the technician is not picking up I some how got no. Of region head and to my surprise same response once picked my phone now no response from him too (Mr. Rajan parmar) region head

Worst quality their refrigerator will not last more than 3.5 years . I bought refrigerator of 75000 after some time it stopped working when I complained about it they said the part (PCB) is no more available . The solution they gave me is dispose off. I will not recommend anyone to buy Panasonic

We bought panasonic frost free prime convertible double door refrigerator 6 mth back with freezer downward ....rs 60000


After 3_4month It started collecting ice on freezer panel like older version freez ...


Vegetables on top has spoiled due to excessive cooling....then they hv changed temperature setting and now since 3 days it stopped cooling at all called service centre but service is very pathetic and very very poor response ...


Plz don't buy pansaonic , waste of money and time and energy also

Product will fail within 2 years. Common failure will be Gas Choke which will render your fridge useless. Panasonic and its technicians doesn't know to identify the root cause of this failure, they will recommend Gas change for 6800 and additional parts change for another 3000, Since the core issue cannot be identified by the technician, budget 7K for every six months, where they will come and refill the gas. Seems some cheap manufacturers are selling their product in the label of Japanese brands. Go for Indian brands

Bought Panasonic Frost Free Refrigerator in 2020 and Blocks of ice formation in Freezer. With great difficulty exchanged it for another Defective one. Last 1.5 months Technician visited thrice as NO cooling, ice formation on panel in freezer and food got spoilt. FROST FREE REFRIGERATOR WITH LOADS OF ICE ON FREEZER PANEL!! Old LG gave superb service for 17 years. Terrible product! Don’t buy!

Worst service.....from PANASONIC


I have double door refrigerator since it was in warranty I have given the complain and the issue is still not resolved. From past 5 months they are just working on resolving 1 complaint. I got the call stating the product will get replace and still 1month has past an there is not call from Panasonic team.


Just an suggestion do not buy any product of Panasonic. They just give worst service.

We bought a double door Panasonic fridge.But after few days it started breakdown we make a complaint to distributer as well as company online porrtal. Unfortunately no response from distributer , Panasonic responded but very late.


The technician came from Panasonic was untrained he said there is a problem in PCV and it’s not available with us. They took more than a week to arrange that part , they fixed it. Very next day fridge again breakdown, we make complaint again they came then said there is a issue with gas.

My uncle bought a panasonic refrigerator in 2020, whose a part of door was damaged. So they complained about the same. Then your executive came and took the part by conforming that it will be replaced within 7 days. It's already been 2 years, when ever I call them they are ready with their excuses. Mr. Subrata Dasgupta repeatedly lied to me. I need an early action about this. I'm using a LED TV, AC and a refrigerator. That kind of service is not expected from your side. My bill is attached for your reference and the photos of my damaged part and a original condition picture of refrigerator is also attached. If you don't look into this matter I will have to complain in consumer forum.

Worst fridge we have got in last 30 years . Also service is not up to the mark . They keep on delaying and finding mistakes of customers . My fridge was having problem more than 8 times in last 1.5 years . I recommen no one should by this machine because they are not at all cooperative

My Mum, had an old Samsung , which after almost 20 years was working perfectly.However being old and small, I brought her a brand new Samsung fridge.


I purchased it from Vijay Sales and even purchased added warranty. I was promised the moon.


It gave us trouble from the start. Now 1 month later my Mum had to throw out all the freezer stuff and vegetables in the bin.


Apparently there is no " gas" in the compressor.


Till date the repairs are being post poned.


Based on the terrible history, I requested for a replacement refrigerator which is being denied as it is repairable!!!. ( but no repairman yet)


My Mum, who is undergoing chemo , in addition to all that she is going through, has to put up with this. In the heat of Summer , that too. !!


Cannot even keep her much needed medications as the fridge doesn't work.


This is the pathetic plight of buying a Panasonic fridge from Vijay Sales.


Highly recommend no one buys thisfridge from Panasonic.


Stick to the Samsungs and LGs.

I had procured a Panasonic Refrigerator SBS 584L on 21.11.2020 through Reliance Digital, Raebareli(U.P). After working of 03 months, its gas started to leak and the same was repaired after 7 days. Again the same got out of order on 17.08.21.


Panasonic service engineer visited after 3 days and found that its power unit got failed.


Same has been arranged after 21 days and after replacement he found its compressor not working. Again process to arrange compressor. But tll date my unit not working.


It is surprised that it has failed two times within a short period of 8 months of procurement. Before purchasing this item, I had a good faith about Panasonic products in my mind. But now I am disappointed with the performance of your product from my experience.

I had bought this fridge on 15th June 2020 from Vijay Sales , Kandivali branch . Due to Covid they didn't send anyone for a demo session which I understand but no one was sent even after the restriction were lifted. Within a year my fridge started over cooling. All the food items would become ice within few hours. My neighbour also brought the fridge around the same time and had same issue. So we called a person from Panasonic kandivali service center and now he says that for this we will have to change a part of the fridge and pay extra price for it . Also they started blaming us . In just one year we faced this issues.

We purchased double door refrigerator online which carries 10 years compressor guarantee


Just after completing 2 years compressor stopped working and it took about a month to replace and they charged hefty amount to replace refrigerant gas


Now the refrigerator is over heating and not cooling properly


Complaints to the call center is falling on deaf years


Wait for few years and you will know

After 3-4 years you will feel the pinch. When you will have to call incompetent techinicians every year for repair and dole out money without any resolution. I will then wait for your review.


Strong recommendation is to never buy any product from Panasonic. I have purchsed TV also and it has the same problem. If you want i can arrange for you to come and see both worthless products in my house.
