I bought this washing machine through Flipkart on 26 nov 2015. By the month of February the machine started troubling, the water level sensor didn't work so the machine cycle wont start. So I contacted customer support and they sent me service engineer after 3 Days. He found the issue and told that the relay sensor has to be replaced and get it done. After several follow ups it was completed after a month and it was working fine.
Again after two months i.e by June the machine got broke. After the water level stopping the machine cycle wont start. So I contacted cc the sent me service engineer and he couldn't fix the issue. He told that he would get expert technician for the job.
So I waited for a week but no response then again I contacted cc they told that the job as been completed.
The main issue is related to PANASONIC CUSTOMER CARE They are outsourcing their work through G.K Aircon servicesThe service engineer came with Expert technician but didn't solve the issue don't know what he is expert on.
Then I received the text as the Washing machine has been put for observation don't know what that means in their terms.
Till waiting over a week contacted cc the response is that it has been completed.
so again I registered the complaint that they told they will transfer it to senior official regarding this. But as never done as I came to know calling them after two days that my request has been cancelled .
Don't know how they can cancel a request without completion.
The Panasonic Customer Care are so hesitant that they don't even provide with their service head Email id on request also and don't care about customer service.
