Attractive experience I visit this hotel 2 days before its the best.

I will call this hotel as food hospitality however so much great visit like this hotel after a long time.

Food: I want to tell about it there is many variety of food available there.and the presentation is good and then outside visit is no words it worthy when inside and seeing the outside view of the garden so much I fall in love with it.

Ambience: background sounds are good to hear and the setting of light make me to feel romantic and gentel.

Customer service: my food plate is not enough place to fill likewise the treat their customer with full satisfaction.

If your are visit this hotel your every single cost is so worth on spent in this hotel.

Cholo hotel is called five star hotel, I pass it by everyday but I did not get a chance to

visit the hotel before rather I would claa this hotel is palace. the outside of the hotel

is really grand. it is one of the biggest hotel in india. I always wanted go to the hotel.

finally I got a chance. the food is simply superb. I like the chinese food.the food is

very expensive. it will costly approximately minimum 2500 to 4000 for two people.

the customer service is really good. they gives the best service in customer.

not only outsider view but the interior design is excellent.

it worths every penny. we took the several photos

in entrance . the hotel is really big. it is a nice experience.

Itc grand chola, it's near from Chennai central. It's a ITC bran that places environment is soo peaceful.the construction of the building look soo classic and royal. that places connectivity is. Very nice and cool. Now talk about the premise security and safety, they provide the world class safety to their client. You will find out more when you keep your first step in the hotel. Many kids of facility you will get in there. I personally visited the place before few months for official meeting.

The Hotel and the Hotel staffs treated us well and took care of each and every need of ours. The pool in itself is a lovely place to be in. Restaurants are good too. Must visit for the ones travelling for a short visit to Chennai. Great location and ambience too.

Great team work by Brinda and team. Not to forget Amarnath and Himanshu as well for their support. Thank you for making our stay a lovely one.

Nice experience. I passby itc everyday but never had an opportunity to visit the hotel before rather I would call this hotel as a palace. The outside grandeur of this hotel is always a visual delight and I desperately wanted to visit this palace. Recently I had an opportunity to visit the palace and it was my dream come true. The food was excellent. We had a buffet. There was huge varieties of food. My favorite was prawns and deserts esp ice cream with jackfruit flavor. The customer service was also good. Not only the outside view but also the interiors of the palace is also so beautiful. It worths every penny. We took several pictures in the entrance of the hotel.The hotel is really huge.1 day would not be enough to visit all the important places inside the hotel. Overall it was a very good experience.

Itc is the big company brand.Itc grand chola is a groups of indian tabaco company.it is very big and nice hotel.where all services provides very nice.this hotel is saituated in chanai .here many types rooms available like that single bed, double bed room, king size bed room, etc.this hotel in nice swimming pole is very nice.its lobby area bankwate , area parkingand resturant are very nice.here many disk available.and hely ped is top of the building whice grouth beauti of the hotel.great hotel it is

ITC Grand Chola in Chennai is a palace, a paradise in reality. I have been to Chennai, moreover I have already worked in ITC Grand Chola for about Five months.

The hotel and it's inhouse restaurants are all dedicated to the service they provide to the guests. If you dont know yet, the hotel is India's third largest. I remember walking across the 'sangam lobby' whilst on work.

Anyways Pan Asian is an Oriental cuisine and trust me its awesome. I would like to just put one negative of the organisation is for the employees. Keeping in mind the dedication and service for the guests, they tend to forget the employees who are behind all the success of the hotel in actuality. Not at all employee centric.

And hotels infrastructure is indian tradition very good look. Pan asian, itc grand chola as a good rooms for tourister so many people. And lot of celebrities comes here and politics.

And mainly pas asian, itc grand chola  chennai gives good services to the coustermer. This hotel has helipad. And laxury cars can come inside the hotel. And all the rooms have I pad services so all things can handle in this i-pad system and room services are very good and the food is very taste and pan asian, itc grand chola chennai has a name of number one hotel in india. The food service are very good. There is every thing in india. This pan asian, itc grand chola is very famous for pizza's. This is a best hotel ylany one can find in india.

I am mariyaananth. I stayed in chennai. Last week I went to Pan Asian -ITC Grand Chola . Actually it is located in Guindy. This is one of the best hotel I have ever seen before. Up to my  knowledge it is best. Me and my friends were went to party in this hotel, first of all its looks so nice and very peaceful atmosphere.

My friends were overjoyed and praised me to bring them on that hotel. Their behavior also very good. They behave like our family members. I liked Chinese   item very much in this hotel. The decoration was amazing! The kind of their food presentation also simply superb. It is really value for our money.

I am currently in Chennai and I called up ITC Grand Chola for lunch. I was told that I could come in and that there was no major wait. When I arrived with my family, I was kept waiting for one hour despite multiple requests and the person on duty- Faras was also quite rude. People who came after me were let in. After an hour.

I got a table but to my shock, there were no waiters to attend on us. Later we were told there were no soup bowls. The hotel staff were apathetic and even arrogant. This was my worst ITC experience and I have used ITC hotels in many cities in India and believed the new chennai hotel will be good. Unfortunately I wasted my money(2700 per person for 4) for some ordinary food and horrible service.

I would rate the ITC Grand Chola experience below that of an average restaurant and am incredibly disappointed!

I have to ITC grand chola when I was in a family tour.Its a 5 star hotel.Still work is on in making hotel more innovative.

The look of ITC Grand chola is like a Palace type.

Mostly I saw rich families with Mercedes and BMW there.

There were many forigners there.the food was awesume and the main thing which I liked about ITC is live chocolate which I enjoyed so much.

There is veg as well as non veg. food.

The quality of food is much than what we expect.

Surely you should go there.

The one thing that I love about this place is though it looks very grand and expensive from outside, food rates are quite affordable. It will cost you approximately 2500 bucks for two people which I think is a fair enough price to pay for the exotic fine dine experience you get to have and not to mention the optimum quality of food.

You must try out their Duck, it is out of this world. We also tried the Wasabi rice, again words fall short to appreciate it. Probably the best I have had in years. The ambiance is great and it will make you feel absolutely Wow.

I was craving for Asian food and almost everyone suggested me I visit this place. I decided to go for their Brunch on Sunday morning and I must admit, they did not disappoint me even one bit. I loved their Dim Sum, it was exactly as I had tasted them while in Singapore. I really appreciate the kitchen team for upholding the authentic taste.

I was not only satisfied, I was very much impressed. I wish there are more such restaurants in India like Pan Asian. If you haven't visited already, take your friends and family along. Cost for 2 people approximately comes to around 2500 bucks.
