Paintball, Bangalore

We had been to play arena on 13 May 2013 from office for a team building activity. We had chosen to play Paintball and had assumed we would be provided jumpsuits of some sort. That was our first mistake. As with most extreme sports in Bangalore there were no proper safety measurements in place. We were given a minuscule helmet that barely covered our face and a chest jacket. On inquiring we were told that it might hurt a little on getting shot.

We believed them and jumped in the game which was our second mistake. One game with 10 people done; only to find that 7 of them are having open flesh wounds on arms.All of us were sporting large blood clots across the other body parts including big bumps on the head. We learnt the hard way that a paint ball when comes into contact with skin have the capacity to tear 2-3 layers of the skin. The game in itself was good and we would have had more participation & fun if there were better safety precautions in place. Its been four days and we are still smarting from the wounds.

I would suggest to play this game only when the organizers also supply proper suits that cover the whole body.
