This hotel is literally like 5 minutes from the airport. It is a great place to stay at because they have a lot of things to do here and the popular tourist destinations are also nearby.

They have a doctor on call service which is very helpful in case of emergencies. I had a severe heachace and their first-aid kit that is filled with medicines came to my rescue. I am so thankful that they sent it fast so that I could take care of my needs.

This hotel has one of the best owners with such positive vibes and who want to make the experience for their customers a happy one. They serve you the most delicious breakfast and they make sure that the rooms are clean and all the amenities are well-maintained so that their guests don't have any problems.

Lot of noise in the restaurant.

This hotel has construction work going on and because of that there is a lot of noise in this restaurant and you cannot enjoy that well with your family. The noise is really irritating as well.

Very rude staff.

Ospy's Shelter, Goa has very rude staff. They had chocolates on the reception desk and when I took one for my kid, they were mean enough to tell me not to take it because I will get one when we check out. They did not give it to us at check-out also.

No well-designed rooms.

This hotel has rooms that are small and there is no bath tub in the room. The rooms were also no well-designed and did not have the amenities like 5 stars do. Did not like this place at all.

You will leave Ospy's Shelter, Goa with beautiful memories to cherish. They have mouthwatering food, drinks by the pool, a bathtub in the room, great service and even their bath room is well-designed.

They don't know how to win the customer for life.

Ospy's Shelter, Goa does not know how to win the customer for life. They told me I would have to pay extra INR 500 if I want to check-in an hour early whereas any other hotel would have let me check-in for free if they had rooms available. I am very disappointed with this place.

Amazing staff.

Ospy's Shelter, Goa has amazing staff who went out of the way to give me what I needed. I have low-bp issues and was not feeling well, so they spoke to the local chemist and got me a medicine and some electrol, which made me feel so much better.

You get lip-smacking breakfast here.

This hotel gives you the option of Asian or Continental breakfast and that is really helpful if you stay with them for more than 2 days so that you don’t get bored of their breakfast. They have a cute little souvenir store where you can buy amazing last minute gifts for your friends and family members.
