Students learn from elders and a lot of time is spent at school, therefore if the principal and seniors are rude then it is doubtful if students are going to learn to be cordial. We as parents have a firsthand experience of rude behaviorby senior school staff for an irrelevant matter. I hope the school management looks into this aspect and make it a point that there is an atmosphere of civility all around.

We went to do advance payment of tution and trasnport fee installment today 13th Sep. However they asked for a late fee. We used to make online payment as i am outside city mist of time dye to work.

This year school degraded the app used which does not have online fee payment option. Thus I could not make payments and came to school when I returned to city.

The BDM was very stubborn while taking and wasn't ready to listen anything and told that why didn't I made payments using old app K12.

I asked, as we were communicated to use Educate. WAS THERE ANY COMMUNICATION THAT K12 IS STILL TO BE USED ONLY FOR MAKING ONLINE PAYMENTS FOR FEE??

The BDM was as stated above, was unresponsive and presented very unresponsible and Stubborn behavior.

Noted the complaint in school complaint resister and mentioned TO HOLD THE FEE PAYMENT TILL THE ISSUE RESOLVED BY SCHOOL MANAGEMENT.
