Bought the washing machine ONIDA SPARKLE 62S on 09/04/2011 from PAI INTERNATIONALS, HASSAN .
Following are the complaints/troubles I have been facing:
The water inlet was found to be damaged on the day of installation which was replaced after 8 days.
A black oil started leaking after a few days. When complained, the service was provided after 8 long days.
Huge noise was being made during the spin since the first day of usage, but I assumed it to be normal for the spin. Again when the machine stopped responding, I lodged the complaint.
It was attended after 5 days.On failing it to rectify on the spot, the technician suggested to bring it to the service station.
Initially they told me that the motor was defective and had jammed, so they had to oil it for few days and they could replace it on receiving a new motor from the nearest ONIDA centre.
After 18-19 days of wait, I received the machine back. Since then, I am experiencing faults of electric shocks inside the drum.
Despite requesting for a replacement, the sales manager, and the technician are convincing me about the machine's GOOD shape and condition, blaming my naivety of the usage of machine.
I am "fed up " of this "menace" and their worst service.
I am sad to say that I have been "fooled" by their fake motto "Neighbors envy, Owners Pride".
I suggest never to go for it.
