Om Krupa Hotel, Virpur, Rajkot

I went here for 10 days from 10 June 2017 to 20 June 2017 and I paid the 12000 over there and I want to share some problem that faced by me over there and that is:

1) Room Quality: The Room Quality was average not that much good because the fan and the television were not working and I complain about that and after 2 days they repair it.

2) Staff Attitude: The Attitude was not good at all this is because they talk very rudely and they were not giving a proper answer to your question and that is not tolerated at all.

3) Facilities: The Parking is not available the internet was not available you need to pay an extra charge for the breakfast and the meal was a fix of the Lunch and Dinner if you need extra then you need to pay for that and due to 1-star hotel the halal food was not available at all.

4) Price: The Price was very if I compare it with the other hotel in the city and the room quality and the facility was not that much good as they were charging the amount.

So, Rather than this, you should go for the Hotel Baba they were very convenient.
