Ola Lite

Today booked cab after long waiting driver give various locations for pick up. After waiting for 40 minutes he cancelled our booking. I checked history in app but not showing my booking as well as driver details.

I used ola light app.recently I deleted this app as it is the worst and not useful.Ola app we use so as to book a taxi but how it maddens us, I would like to share aa brief account on its obnoxious, cheap performances.

1.First of all the app has connectivity problem.Even when I had downloaded, it for long days could not connect to the server.However I downloaded and clicked several times once I was on emergency to hire a taxi.It was around 5 in the morning.The app searched for taxi but no availability it showed.Oh my God.I was anxious.I told my brother in law to check over it but in vain.Nothing happened.The app showed that it was searching but did not find any taxy.After that the mibile hanged several times.See, as I am telling my experience so I must say, it gave us a lot of anxiety.I again restarted my mobile and again the worthless app showed connectivity problem.It ate up the space and lessened the space available.

2.Another day after deleting again I downloaded the app but it did not downloaded filly.Three times it downloaded upto 70 percent and then stopped.

3.It can not locate our present location.Sometimes it finds a location which is 200 metre away from our residence.

4.The app does not show all wanted and required features properly.

5.The app is not user friendly and sometime sit takes minimum two minutes to send the contact number of the taxi driver.

6.It does not show the ola auto features properly.

7.We use app for solving a problem but it entangles us in more complicated problems by not providing with the correct information.

Please read my review meticulously and judge its performance.I do not want to persuade anyone and only shared my experiences.

Hi guys today I want to review about the app ola lite recently I use this app to book a cab. IPS a bad experience with this app. I don't like their service. On the occasion of my best friend birthday I want to book a cab. So I booked a cab but unfortunately it is cancelled. I can't understand why it is canceled.

After that they feedback to me sorry for the inconvenience.

I am not happy with service Ola is providing. Their driver are very rude and their app is faulty. They cancel booked trip in app because they don't take short trip. I had too bad experience with regard to booking ride with Ola.

They give offer in app meant to attract customer and the 50% off offer are not true.

This is not good concept, Ola have to think more about it.

Design and features are just okay.

My advice for all friends take care during booking.

This service is one of the best cab service.Earlier I used to book uber when first time I booked ola.I got very good service.Today onlyi booked cab primeplay and loved their service.They are very friendly.I feel olais making a change to give a good service to people

Hi guys I want share my experience using ola cab .I am regular user of ola In bangalore, the ola service however can we use as alo cab orola auto by regestering in ola app at what any time.in local autos doing to attitude showing passengers, the fare of auto asking randomly high. When I starts to ola service my journey become easy in bangalore .comparatively the fare of ola is little bit higher tha uber .but I can afford, I facing some vommon problems like delaying to come pickup position and rude drivers these are not a big issue to stop ila services.use ola saving time even money some times I suggest ola for all who readind my review.

ola lite app is best app for travelling I am using this app for last 8 months and I find it very useful.ola lite is a app for booking a cab from source to destination and in this we no need to put the source location it takes it automatically we just need to put the destination location.and the cab is exactly next to your door step.and in this we can add the money and ola also gives a offers and you can also pay the rent via your app to the drivers registered mobile app so I personally find it very much useful.

I have been using ola lite from last 2 weeks I have decided to review this and to make a simple and sweet review of ola lite service As a cab rider I use ola and ola lite both of these work fine normal ola app is quite heavy to hse means if you are phone is older version then to run ola app is terrible think for this reason ola introduce the ola lite for there budget oriented people's
