No matter how many times you place return.. it will be same.. even after complaining on customer care no one will come and pickup the return.. very bad service.. I am going to uninstall this app forever..

From nykaa, I orederd shoes for my daughter on 25 sep 2024 and they promised me the delivery on 5 oct 2024 but till 5 oct they even not shipped the product. so I contacted customer care multiple times and finally I received the product on 13th oct. To my surprise I got garbage as I received paper and flyers in the box instaed of shoes. I was shocked.I could not believe that I got scammed but yes I got scammed. So beware while you order anything from nykaa.
I have purchased a skin care kit from nyaka and it was worth every penny , not only it was cost effective but also the quality of the product was very nice

I have ordered for a dress and have received totally a different product than too of a cheap quality. This was the first time I have ordered from nykaa fashion thinking that it's a good site but completely disappointed after receiving the product. You can't trust on these sights. It's simply wasting your time and money. I have uploaded what I have ordered and what I received.
They don't deliver your order even when you pay money upfront, when you call customer care they tell they will deliver and even after 3 months I have dint receive my product.
I initially received a damaged item and requested a replacement, but unfortunately, the replacement also arrived broken. I then requested a refund, but the courier company has rejected multiple pickup attempts.
Despite my efforts to reach out for support, I have not received any response. Nykaa's refusal to issue a refund is unacceptable. This experience has been extremely frustrating, and I regret to say that this will be my last purchase with Nykaa.
Order kurta set on 26th july not delivered till today I. E. 7th aug even status is not shown on app.
This is how a 12000 worth order was delivered to me. After trying the customer service for hours. No one is helping. Pathetic service
Fraud company @falguninayar didn't expect these pathetic services from nykaa...places order for one shorts and one shirt dress...placed a request for return due to size issues...no pick up done from last 10 days and customer care guys are pathetic, no clue they have. Keep forwarding the request to internal team and delivery partners keep rejecting the pick up request...worst experience...guys stay away from dese fraudsters...
I ordered a skirt which is knee legth and got a full length bad quality skirt. Cost INR. 2, 900. On complaining they said its my fault . Nowhere in the website they say its a knee lengh skirt. They are not taking reponsibility for the misleading image they posted. Looks like many other customers are also feeling scammed from their reviews. Don't trust this website.
Worst customer care. They will keep saying logistic issue and issue escalated. Everyday same story and when you cancel the order because they cannot deliver even after a week of estimated delivery and they will say it will take 5-7 days to get a refund. Want some mental peace then delete their app and try another app.
I did my first purchase from Nykaa fashion. I was excited. I received my delivery on time, but unfortunately the product was not appropriate for me. So I thought to return the product. I must say it's a pathetic experience, as per the cancellation policy the product will not be return or replace once delivered. This is not a genuine policy.
I wanted to return a product but the delivery person never contacted me and was getting pick up failed message without any reason. So I continuously followed up with the customer care to help me to fix the issue for past 4 days, and they didn't give me any guarantee that the return issue can be solved, they were just wasting my time telling that we will look into it. And they were not even ready to refund the amount. Never going to buy any products from nykaa fashion/beauty here after. I will definitely file a complaint against nykaa.
Would suggest others not to buy anything from nykaa as it is not a genuine company from my personal experience.
I ordered NYK-17536271-4616648 and it was delivered on 24th jan Wednesday. I tried placing a return request on Saturday 27th Jan but couldn’t place a return request as it said 7days window is closed. Where as it was only 3 days since I received the product.
It is such a pathetic customer experience.

It's incredibly frustrating that despite my repeated attempts, Nykaa has failed to pick up the pair of shoes I wish to exchange. Their constant blame-shifting onto me, alleging that I cancelled the pickup, is simply absurd. Why on earth would I cancel a pickup when my sole intention is to exchange the item? It's been a vexing 15 days of being misled and manipulated by Nykaa
Pathetic experience I had with Nykaa will never recommend to anyone. They makes people fool by given worst quality of jewellery seems fake or duplicate.
Support team will disconnect the call while you try to return that product even they have mentioned the return/exchange policy as well.
Me ek dress u.s.polo ka red colour order ki thi but mujhe recived hua meroon colour, or jab me return request ki to koi pickup boy bolta hai ghar pe nhi aaunga, to koi ghar pe aaya hai to color mismatch bol kar do bar return

I have ordered my product on 23rd december 2023 and still today i have not receive it to my address which i have mentioned in it . I ask in nyka help centre they are not at all taking the responsibilty for it what kind of app is this totally wasting customers money without any kind of helping . This is the worst app i have never seen in my life nyka fashion very dissapointment for nyka . Amazon , flipkarts etc. Are much better than this nyka app totally wastage .
I have been a platinum member of NYKAA.. so that should explain the amount of purchases Iade on the app.
My birthday surprise was removed because I reached until the payment stage and returned to add an item that I had forgotten. Please note that the order was not canceled, I did make the purchase.
After reaching out to customer service, they told me that once the delivery is complete, I could contsct them snd they would arrange to send the gift but when I did reach out to the team post delivery of ym products, they refused and upon insisting they asked me to give them some more time.
They came back after about 2 business days later and stated that the birthday surprise had already been delieved to me. This was apparently the free product which I rsceived for shopping above a certain limit (a coupon/offer), bit thw birthday surprise.
So the NYKAA PRIVE SUPPORT LIED not once, but twice. The only concern thst the team had was to close the ricket raised and there was no sign customer service.. very dissapointed and will be deactivating my account.
I had ordered a black brief and they delivered a red T Shirt instead. After prolonged interactions with untrained rude and horrible personnel in the customer service of Nykaa they initiated replacement and refunded the amount but in Nykaa wallet and not my credit card. Now I am forced to buy an item from them as my money is stuck up in the terrible Nykaa wallet and I am a bonded customer now. To recover this amount I have to buy something and that too with convience fee, though this item was bought earlier along withother items worth more than 3.8K.The delivery personnel too were unwilling to deliver and I had to pick up things from their office. My advice to all - Never buy anything from Nykaa.
