I did order Classique XXXL Filled Bean Bag on 27 Sep 2016 which was deliver to me on 6th of Oct 2016 too late by Snapdeal.com.
as I was not available at home my parents have received this product when I reached home and open the product it was very dirty and used product.! I did try to return the product via Snapdeal APP but unfortunately this was not allow me to return the product because its still showing that product still not delivered.
I called to Snapdeal and they have assigned pickup to NuvoEx company for my Bean bag after that next day I got msg that I was not available in Home as per NuvoExt and again next day same msg received I complained to Snapdeal that they are lier I was at Home and my Family also so how they can say that I am not available in Home.
from 7 Oct to till now 18th Oct I am still chasing to Snapdeal to pickup the product but they still not arrange me agent for pickup.
NUVOExt is third class company Lier and Not Dedicated for their work I think they have third class staff who's not responsible and lier also.i want to use abuse language for NuvaExt but I cant use in this website, u can't reached to NuvoExt via call to them every-time they are busy and not pickup the calls.
if Snapdeal want to stay in market then they should be kick to NovaEx out and should be assigned delicate company for their courier I don't know how they are managing to whole office.
I would suggest you please never ever shop from Snapdeal because they don't have dedicated courier company even they are taking so much times to resolve the issue.
I am still in Q to pickup my product.
NuvoExt Snapdeal can reach to me any time except 1:30 to 2:30 PM.
