We travelled in their tour dt. 28/5/2019. Worst experience as below

7 persons accommodated in Zylo which is highly inconvenient in hilly area

Managers at Gangtok, Peiling & Darjeeling Lousy & highly inactive and non cooperative.

About Nathula border visit neither management nor manager knows procedure & take active interest.

No manager at Lachung & food worst.

Overall worst experience even after spending Rs , 45000/- per person

We four families were visited Portblair & Havelock in Nov-2015 through Nutan Travels. Very bad experience we faced because of Nutan approach. Firstly, for Chennai-Portblair we missed the flight at Chennai due to heavy rain.

Then Airport Duty manager told us as that was a group booking you please contact your travel agent you will get 100% refund. We contacted Nutan, they refused our request and asked us to rebook the flight ticket with full flight fare.

Again we contacted Airport Duty Manager, we convinced him and finally got next day flight tickets without any charges. The same thing Nutan can did here at Ahmedabad but Nutan did not. Secondly at Havelock at Al-dorado restaurant the food was very worse and very unhygienic having lots of flies, and dinginess. Instead of Neil Island they took us at Elephanta Beach the reason stated to us that Govt ferry is not there, we have checked with other travelers at same hotel, all have visited Neil Island all ferries are available. But because of sake of money Nutan have cheated us. Overall food quality was very bad.

I have seen so many tour companies in Ahmedabad, and personally went to their office. I have seen co-operation of all staff at Nutan Travels . I went to Chennai Port Blair - Group is also with 10 person and manager are also good. Mr. Vijayan is really co-operative person.

We found good food, with Good hotels. Time management is also notable. All six days we enjoyed a lot.

Last year my family went to other travel agency but we have horrible experience with them.

I can refer Nutan travels for a good holiday spend.

One of the worst touring experience we had faced during our recent tour of andaman nikobar.

1] below average hotels

2] low quality food.. daily only shabji roti no variety that too repeated subji with no taste..

3] having no good response from the management people.

After meeting with other tourist at andaman who were coming from gujarat we were amazed by knowing the facility provided by other travels.

For example per person we were charged 20000 rs with non ac room that is chennai to andaman and return by flight where else other travels providing ac room and ahmedabad to chennai to andaman n return back in flight in 22000 rs. quite amazed? and there food policy was to provide 120 rs per person for lunch and dinner say a family having 3 members so they have total amount of 360 rs. with those 360 rs they can order anything from hotel's menu.. quite flexible management by other travels like joshi travels from baroda, panjari travels from ahmedabad. while nutan travels was lacking in all the aspects.

If you want to suffer then only approach nutan travels thats my final verdict.

dont prefer even they are paying you or calling you free of cost... Highly disappointinted and this is the voice of all our 250 tourist batch of november 2011 not only mine.

I went to shimla tour 11 th may 2011. we asked for jain food 2 months prior the tour. They promised but what we got was just a shame. only a sabji, no farsan etc. of jain variety. Hotel at manali- the ocean blue was the worst of its kind. Better to stay in a dharamshala rather than it.

And all tour managers were prepared not to co-operate their tourists. And the main men at amdavad office specially Rajubhai was not listening anything and not receiving our phones too. I strongly recommend please dont choose NUTAN TRAVELS.

It was an awful experience. Firstly no vehicle was available at the Bagdogra airport on our arrival on 26.05.2009. It arrived half an hour late, after contacting the Vadodara office. we had to stay in a hotel at Siliguri for 24 hrs till 27.05.2009. whereas all the co-passengers of other tours and travel agents were transfered to GANGTOK on 26.05.2009.

Even on 27.05.2009 the vehicles were sent at 15:00 hrs on 27.05.2009, the same vehicles who had left the other passengers at Bagdogra, as a result one day was wasted at Siliguri. They should have arranged for the vehicles at 7:00 a.m. Moreover we were not taken to Darjeeling for sight seeing as promised. Other tour operators took their clients to Darjeeling but NUTAN TRAVELS did not. Mr. Tamal Chakraborty, the coordinator for NE tours is stationed at Calcutta & we had to phone him atleast 10 times daily. irresposible man.

The excuse was that the road to Darjeeling was not motorable due to landslides, but how come the other tour operators as RAMKRISHNA TRAVELS, MAKEMYTRIP.COM took their clients to Darjeeling. Worst experience. will not repeat the agency in future if not replied and compensated adequately then this message will be sent to all.

I travelled with nutan travels on 2008 april 15th and we had a great time. The service provided by them was good. I checked for reviews of some other clients also but I don't think the said reviews are correct as I had a lovely time in SHimla manali package of theirs.

And we had shop alot. It was a lovely experience and the hotel provided was lovely...actually my husband enjoyed alot and he liked the cuisine so much.. We were so excited about the trip and it was all lovely...we all are going for Leh ladakh package which is a new attraction with them in 3 JUNE 2009..and it must be a second exciting and incredible experience with them....I know it, ....

We had a travel ticket with JET and the flight was simply mind blowing...i and my two childrens enjoyed their flight and services.looking forward for the LEH trip now...And I will blog once I will return from my LEH TRIP... Keep watching my reviews...

Be ready for shocking experience if you book with Nutan travels. Recently we traveled on an LTC package arranged by this Ahmedabad based travel agent. They have an office in Bangalore and perhaps in various other parts of the country. This office is only to collect your money. All your dealings are with Ahmedabd. First you should learn Hindi. Then you recharge your mobile account to around thousand rupees minimum because you may be making phone calls every one hour.

You will get your ticket after hundreds of shouting, pleading and that too just minutes before you take off. This drains you off all your fun of the vacation. Get ready to stay in stinking hotels and be ready for left over food. Hotel stay in Kolkotta will be a “memorable one” thanks to its horrible experience.

They collect more money in advance and never return it (forget it). This is the worst ever travel agent you will come across in your life time.

Be careful with these guys. They charged around Rs. 46000/- for the LTC package with bare minimum facilities, which is available at Rs. 22000/-, and also being offered by them also. Imagine how much they duped us (for a group of more than 1000 members for the season of Diwali 2008), by charging double the price and giving half the facilities.

Nutan did not pay to the hotel where we reached on the way, for the last four trips they organized. So the hotel guys denied hot water, good food, clean linen and what not. The hotel fed us only Daal-Chaval and Potato Fry / curry for all the meals and snacks / breakfast for two full days.

We are packed (three families of total 9 members) in one Tata Sumo for the entire trip. By the time we reached our native place, after travellin in North East ghat roads, we are just better than wooden logs.

Thanks to Nutan, for such horrible experiences. Be away from these guys.

• Not at all recommended for any kind of travel / tour from this travel group
