I call nuego lounge they are like we are not responsible for all this things behave very rudely aftar all this things I missed my flight

I wish I could write multiple bad reviews about this service. Horrible experience with a bunch of rude staff. They recharge the electric bus for 1 hour with AC turned off for a 3 hour journey and don’t care about the passengers inside the bus who were left suffocating in high temperatures.

Do not Book.

They will charge Money, then Cancel Bus last Moment.

The girls at the office are Very Rude. They don't have any manners. +91865569xxxx this number I received the call, they cancelled twice Maning excuses No money return.

I have very bad experience. Their pick up and drop point is not fixed. They will Leave you from pickup even if you are standing in pickup point. They left us in midway of highway in vrindavan. They were already 1 hrs delayed and the conductor was telling they'll come in 10 minutes. Guys please don't travel in this. The driver and conductor both are misbehaving and didn't even say sorry. Instead they started talking rudely. No specified pickup and drop point. Their service should be stopped and company higher management should look into this. Please don't travel in this bus. They will stop in midway without reason. I am attaching the bus no please take legal action against it. In mid of the highway anything could have happened to us. We were running in the busy highway from one point to another around 8:30 PM. Have travelled in so many buses but have never faced issue like this.

On 13 September 2023, I travelled by a NueGo AC electric bus. I had booked a seat to Kolar, and boarded the bus at Indiranagar (Bangalore) at 09:40 hr. The Kolar drop-off of this bus to Tirupati was supposed to be at 11:05 hr. The bus started 10 minutes late. Another 20 minutes was wasted at en route stops within Bangalore city limits. Considering this delay, we should have reached Kolar at about 11:35 hr. But at 12:15 hr we were still on the bus. The route was totally unfamiliar to me. Then I decided to ask the conductor, to which he coolly replied that we were 45 km past Kolar! There were another three passengers with tickets up to Kolar! All of us were shocked. The conductor, who was watching some movie on his phone, was rude, impolite and irresponsible. When we asked him as to why he did not inform us when the bus reached Kolar, he had no reply. As per the route followed by them, the bus does not go into Kolar bus stand. Their route is along the highway only, it seems. Lousy service. I was going to Kolar for the first time, for an urgent matter. Due to the NueGo conductor's negligence I had to take a return bus to Kolar which involved wastage of precious time and some money. Responsibility has to be fixed. Those who intend to avail of NueGo services may think twice before doing so.

I just traveled with nuego bus service (from Delhi to dehradun, pickup location was Noida sec 62) both the drive n codriver were using abusive language had a recless behaviour. I have been traveling from neogo for last 4 months 2 trips every week bt this time it's was my worst experience. Bus was registered with Delhi number 7285. 082733 3xxxx this is the no of codriver. Also pickup was 20 min late. Hope you will register this complaint and will do the right investigation on this incident.

Worst bus service provider I ever seen.

Bus cabino staffnon cooperative, unmannered and misbehaving with the passenger and operational staff is dishonest and making fool of passengers. They are providing third class service and doing robbery with the passenger in name of punctuality in timings .bad experience suggested not to use the neugo

In the name of electric bus they are providing worst services, taking 8 hours for Jaipur to Delhi, almost three hours taken till Gurgaon like city bus more than 10 stop, waiting for passengers. Ticket around 700+ for one person. AC is also not working, 30 degree temperature in coach. Bus highest speed is 80km per hour. They stay for one hour in between for charging the bus.

Midway where they stay for charging the bus is again a shock, nothing available except a bad dosa idli for 200 and 100 Rs charge. A very bad experience. Driver shut the AC during charging so it goes a hot coach. I never use this bus service again.

The 1st bus that I booked was at 1 pm today. I missed that bus as the bus driver gave wrong instructions about pickup point. I even requested the driver to wait for 2 mins as I had almost reached the pick-up point and I was with my 71 year old grand monther. The bus driver made us roam around the pick up point for 30 mins and then said that we have left which was a very miserable experience and a negative act from the driver's perspective.

The second bus that I booked was supposed to come at 2.30 pm but it arrived at 4.30 pm!! I was with my old grandmother who had to wait 2 hours extra in the heat. The staff is the office was very unsupportive and communicated with foul language. There was no communication from your end regarding the delay. As the bus came the bus driver and conductor were also being very irresponsible and making people sit on random seats due to which the female passengers were getting very uncomfortable. I request you to please run a business for people and people's convenience and not according to your own convenience.

Don't travel by this nuego always they keep late always it happens with me two times today also on 26th Aug 2023 I booked ticket from bhopal to Indore for 3.30 and bus was at bhopal till 4 o clock.threy do always late I uploaded ticket photo also.dony travel if u want to save time by this bus nuego

My experience with Neugo buses have been wonderful.I had a timely call,a well spoken conductor,a comfortable seat and very safe travel.The bus timings were accurate and they ensured we reach on time.Very good service.
