I travelled from Delhi to Vrindavan on 14th of feb 2024, the bus drop location was vrindavan cut, the bus basically dropped us at an random location and from there the maintown vrindavan is 14kms away. And they hire some auto driver(who was there own setting) to drive us and we had to pay 300 rupees extra to reach vrindavan. The location was in the middle of the highway and we as family were very scared. Such bad service.PKEASE DONT TRAVEL TO VRINDAVAN ON NEUGO.

The Driver and bus staff gave prompt updates on the bus movements and information about the boarding area. The Bus was good, the interiors were like every other Volvo. And the Flight like safety instructions were spot on. Mosquitoes were rampant, wish the bus staff used some repelants to clear them as this reduced the mood of the journey because of the irritation caused by the mosquito bites. Though there were slight delay

Worst operator …. I have a bad experience with Nuego Bangalore to cbe….. started 1 hr late …. Not stoping at the pick up and shouting at the customer for not standing at the wrong location… stoping at tea point where no one wish to get down…. And then in 1hr gap they again charging break for 1hr….if you ask for not reaching time they’ll literally blast in bad words end up in fight.worst behaviour.


Bus is Eco Friendly, but not the staffs and travel

I booked a bus from Chennai to Bangalore in a Sleeper Coach. I got boarded for the same at first. After 2hours of travel, they just said bus has problem and were not appropriate with the reason and told us to move to a seater bus.


As a common man paying more for sleeper bus and travelling in seater is frustrating.


And their customer care is CRAP. They don't understand the problem and just say we can't handle this issue like a piece of crap.


Don't travel and recommend this travels to anyone.

after that the driver blocked me

Commuted from delhi to jaipur on 2nd feb 24. The bus was halting at every stop for 15 to 20 mins and the rest stop was of 45 mins. Bus took more than 7 hrs from dhaula kuan to jaipur. Worst experience, the staff was extremely rude

The buses are so comfortable and convinient, at such reasonable prices in todays time where busses are reaching the cost of shatabdi. Its very economical yet luxurious.

The worst customer service ever . We boarded the bus from Delhi till Ludhiana , on our way while we crossed Majnu Ka Tila the bus battery wasn’t working . The bus was moving on and off . After every 5 min the engine stopped working . The driver was really kind however the staff they left all the passengers in the mid way and didn’t do anything about it . The bus stopped moving at highway . Nothing did anything and customer service sucks !


Neu go you will not survive for long if the same pathetic customer service continues .

Worst rude , behaviour of staff , blocked the seats of buses through themselves and don't allow for online bookings even there are plenty of seats left , and they charged double money for the same , and their words ' jao karlo Jo Krna nhi hogi online book block kardi Maine seats ' I don't choose such worst service ever state corporation volvos are far better than this !!

I booked a bus through Paytm from Chandigarh to delhi but since the bus is coming from Shimla they charged me from Shimla to delhi. Bus reporting timing was 4.20 but is was arrived at 5.00 PM

Hii Everyone, plz be careful with your luggage, staffs are very careless. I booked a ticket from indore to bhopal after that the bus dropped us at Laal Ghati 40 mins late to the arrival time and got our all the luggage properly and then there was a traveler Van to drop us at Bhopal junction but it was already full with the passengers, then your traveller staff said, Sir, go with the auto, auto driver asked for 150rs, and I will pay amount, company give me 120rs for this but you have to pay 30rs from your pocket, I said no issues I’ll pay, or he loaded all our luggage in the auto and then after some time he said, Sir, there is a company Tavera you all go with that, nothing have to pay and he and I loaded all the luggage from the auto on Tavera carrier . But when we reached Bhopal station, I found that one of my trolley bag was missing and I had a train to Delhi at 12:10 AM. I told the driver to go back to Laal Ghati to check again but he did not listen also neuGo office staff didn’t take any action or said its not our fault, after some time again I came to laal ghati office asked for the help but no one from the staff took any action, said the same thing its not our fault, or then my Delhi train had also left. After about 3-4 hours, on the spot, one staff (Rishab Joshi) told me that one trolley bag had fallen on the road and he had to be kept in the guard room or then I got my bag back safely, after that I booked the second train to Delhi paid Rs. 1745/- extra for the booking also pay Rs. 500/- for auto to go to Halalpur to Ranikamlapati Railway station.


This all caused me a financial loss and mental stress also.It is all happened because of your staff casualness and a very bad customer support.


When I raise the complaint adding all the screenshots of booking they guys are clearly denied that they couldn’t find the journey details. So I request you all to prefer charted bus service instead of NeuGo.

They change their boarding points without informing the customers , got a call and asked me to reach in a minute , I reached and found that bus is leaving and when I called they told me that the bus can’t stop for u it’s already late . Bus reached late 25 min.

We boarded at 6.00 am in the morning, stop of breakfast & toilet was at Vellore 12.10pm. I was with senior citizens diabetic parents, ladies . How to manage, the attender in the bus does not even know the bus number, stop name, route to guide us to board. we reached Chennai at 4.00pm. 100ml is free in the bus , we paid Rs.1300 per head. Boarding point was at Zee tour & travel, we asked to come madiwala market road bus stop, again called we were asked to come madiwala police station to board, with aged parents. Worst service I ever seen in life time, better to travel in unreserved compartment sitting near the toilet . I would have saved 3k. Made us Starve till 4.00 pm. Hotel they stop for charging & only dosa is available paper dosa with chutney Rs. 120, coffee tea Rs. 40 that a ok but quality is also bad. Not worth for money. Emergency u can travel if no other options left. There many other travels servers good service .I tried just seeing review.
