Hii Everyone, plz be careful with your luggage, staffs are very careless. I booked a ticket from indore to bhopal after that the bus dropped us at Laal Ghati 40 mins late to the arrival time and got our all the luggage properly and then there was a traveler Van to drop us at Bhopal junction but it was already full with the passengers, then your traveller staff said, Sir, go with the auto, auto driver asked for 150rs, and I will pay amount, company give me 120rs for this but you have to pay 30rs from your pocket, I said no issues I’ll pay, or he loaded all our luggage in the auto and then after some time he said, Sir, there is a company Tavera you all go with that, nothing have to pay and he and I loaded all the luggage from the auto on Tavera carrier . But when we reached Bhopal station, I found that one of my trolley bag was missing and I had a train to Delhi at 12:10 AM. I told the driver to go back to Laal Ghati to check again but he did not listen also neuGo office staff didn’t take any action or said its not our fault, after some time again I came to laal ghati office asked for the help but no one from the staff took any action, said the same thing its not our fault, or then my Delhi train had also left. After about 3-4 hours, on the spot, one staff (Rishab Joshi) told me that one trolley bag had fallen on the road and he had to be kept in the guard room or then I got my bag back safely, after that I booked the second train to Delhi paid Rs. 1745/- extra for the booking also pay Rs. 500/- for auto to go to Halalpur to Ranikamlapati Railway station.
This all caused me a financial loss and mental stress also.It is all happened because of your staff casualness and a very bad customer support.
When I raise the complaint adding all the screenshots of booking they guys are clearly denied that they couldn’t find the journey details. So I request you all to prefer charted bus service instead of NeuGo.
