Nova 2449 1000 Sandwich Griller

Hi I am Parag.

I bought the Nova 2449 1000 Sandwich Griller once for my home. It worked nicely when it was new. But later it started heating too much. Once it stopped working. The durability of this sandwich griller is too less. It is not at all handy to use.

The design of this sandwich griller is not good. It doesn't look stylish. The customer service is too bad. they don't solve our problems properly. Really It is the worst product ever. Never buy it.

I have bought this product from Flipkart and I think I have wasted my hard-earned money. I have bought this product thinking that it will price its worthiness but it totally disappointed me. Since I have bought this from Flipkart so the service was good but only of Flipkart ones.

I have experience many people since I bought this, some of them are.

1. Using this is fine but it promise to be completely hot in just one second but, you have to wait a lot after turning this thing on.

   
   




2. The lid is non stick but not completely, once I was making aalo tikki in this griller, and it sticked completely in the plates.

   
   




3. Cleaning this is very difficult. Since it is the griller so thats not the negative point but you need to buy a specific cleaner for that.

   
   




4. The looks of this griller is just fine not too good and not bad.

   
   

So, guys if you are thinking for buying a griller than go for some other good companies one.

I bought this sandwich griller from a showroom for personal use. This sandwich griller is easy to use for everyone and control it without any problem. I used only one month this sandwich griller and its create problems. This sandwich griller did not a hot sandwich at any time and its heat supply is very poor. I went to their showroom after two days and they did not ready to exchange it. They said this sandwich griller company does not give return policy after disgusting.

If you want to buy this sandwich maker, please keep some point tin your mind.
