Nova 2 in 1 Sandwich Maker

Helllo I'm going too share my experience with Nova 2 in 1 sandwich Maker.

I've been using this sandwich maker from past year and I really loved it my mom also loved it . We bought it from Amazon in a discount .

This sandwich maker is very user friendly and comes with 2 plated one for grill sandwich which is very easy to change and use .

Its durable because from past year I havent faced any problem it also comes with 1 year warranty . Its also very portable and handy we can place it anywhere easily .

Talking about design it is classic black in color and is amazing.

We can also call thier service centre number if we have any queries they are very helpful and responsive.

A must buy .

Nova is my uncle company I personally bought this product sandwich maker from them and using it for 4 years no problem faced till now good product nice company it toast sandwiches good and really best must go with it really awesome.like the other brands you can believe Nova also I suggest you all to try once.

No doubt the sandwich maker is very good until it works properly,

but once it stops working forget about customer service.

I brought this 2in1 sandwich maker 1 year ago with a 2 year warranty. the sandwich maker suddenly stopped working one fine day.

I am from bangalore and am struggling to locate a service center. have mailed them couple of times but haven't received any reply from them.even tried calling them but there customer care no(+91-22-22000180 / 81) doesn't seem to be working.

I have made a point not to buy nova products again.

Better go for another company. this is buy and suffer type of company.
