Had gone there with coupons from the Fizz App. Had showed all 3 coupons while placing the order, the owner was in the restaurant . He got us the food for one of the coupons and when we asked what about the other two coupons he was like " Sir it will take 30 min to take and it will become late for you, you can come and have tomorrow " . We kept saying we can wait for 30 min but then he was pretending that the server was down and the coupon could not be redeemed . A couple who came after us paid for their food via cash and got their order but just because we had coupons he was pushing us out and asking to come the next day . Very poor service, we left the place and gave the review on zomato . We had parked our vehicle in front of their restaurant and had gone nearby but when we returned to take our vehicle he jumped in front of us and started asking us to remove the review from Zomato and wouldnt take a No . He started acting like he did a favor accepting one of the 3 coupons . If he really cared about his customers he should have honored the deal when provided to him but he insulted us and made us leave . Imagine going to restaurant ordering the entire dinner and only having starters and then getting to hear that Main Course will be served tomorrow. This is what happened with us.
