Real Experience of 2 Years :: Worst company Ever

Here I am sharing my real experience of two years. Point on point


Company Name: Fabulous Media/ Fab.Digital/ Fab.Institute/ Fab.Technology/ Fab.Domains/ Fab.productions/ Digital Express/ Alinkrita/ Ecommerce.express/ Express.Digital/ Go commercally/ Go Digital/ Nishkrant Media. In every 2-3 Month a new company get started.


Salary: You will never get your salary on time, it will always get delayed by 10-15 days. Yet owner enjoys his personal life with his newly purchased Gadgets Like: Cycle-30K, Sumsung S8- 60K, Digital watch- 28K. And when we ask for salaries he said "Client is not paying to us then how we can". He will always hold your one month salary so that you can't leave the company. As off now I have more than 20 Ex/Current Employees with me who has faced these problems and did not get their salary till now.


Career: I my personal opinion they never care about your dreams, As I have faced the same problem with me, They have used me as per their requirement. Every time he will show you a big dream and mould as per them.


Work Environment: Working staff is very good, But the way company treats with employee is very bad. They provide complete day work in the morning and ask to do extra work mean while for 2-3 hrs and employee have to finish his own work too. Working hours are 9-6:30 PM but no one can leave before 7:30/8 PM. If anyone leave before 7PM he have to report in front Nikhil Sharma(Director) in next morning.


Working process: They make new process on daily basis and break/unfollow the old process due to this all the working staff faces the problem.


Dreams: They shows very big dreams to each and everyone on the day of joining and after that all the dreams disappear somewhere in workload.


Some example of Big Dreams: 1. One branch is going to open in Dubai, XYZ person will handle that office. Same in Australia, USA, UK etc. 2. We will go to YC, employees will get shares of company and will get 60 lakh each. 3. On our coming annual day best employee will get Car/Bike and other will get Mobile phones.


Increment: Whenever you will talk about the increment, Nikhil Sharma will add a condition with your increment and after that he will forget that condition and add new condition. If by any chance you will get increment then I will get implement after 3 months, And that will be in installments.


Conditions you have to follow are:




  1. You have to follow Nikhil sharma by hook or by Crook, otherwise you will get fire.




  2. Never ask for the leave/Halfday leave you to explain even your personal problem, And you have to come on sunday but your salary will be deducted at the end of the month.




  3. You have to ready to work on Sat/Sun and till 9 PM as well.




  4. You have to habit yourself to listen abusing language.




  5. If you make a mistake you will be treated as you get boycott from the company.




  6. Senior employees guide by Nikhil sharma to irritate juniors unnecessarily. Etc




WORST COMPANY IN DELHI/NCR

Fab.digital earlier known as Nishkrant Media is like a jail for employee. where jailer Mr. Nikhil Sharma torture employees. first they take work more than working hours & as discussed on joining. you have to take permission to leave even at 8 P.M. while off timing is 6.30 P.M. if you argue with senior they will deduct ur salary. wholeday you workhard in peressure & u want to leave on time & they deduct your salary, is it right?


you have an urgent work at evening and you wanna leave & they stop you even after 6.30 off time even they are not paying overtime & make pressure to work late


they deduct employees half day if u enter 9.01 while entry time is 9.00 even they are not paying overtime for late work.


they find reason to deduct your salary intentionally by memo(half day deduct) Warning(Full day Deduct) and these are not mentioned in rules sheet whose showed at the time of joining.

Beware of this organization Nishkrant Media also known as Fab.digital, Express Digital LLP


Horrific experience is what I wanted to start my review with.


-Salary delays every month( No salary delay on 1st 2 or 3 months so that you get trapped in their fake promises)


-Don't expect salary once you resign.


-Constant harassment from unqualified management, once you will join the company you will be shocked to see the buffoonery of the management( it is kind of funny too the way the CEO act, Kind of entertaining)


-No content or copy writers and they are social media agency.(They are making fool of their employees plus clients)


-No employee policies, no structure in the organization.


-Beware of their fake promises they can go to any extent to hire employees or get clients onboard.

Nishkrant Media wale cheater hai, ye sirf employee ka paisa khana jante hai inhe nahi pata emplyees ki kya kya majbooriya hoti hai. aur clients se half kaam mein hi full payment maang lete hai aur kuch kahasuni hone par


pehle to late tak kaam karwate hai jiska koi Overtime nahi dete or subah bhi sirf 1-2 minute late aane par half day kaat lete hai, uske baad inhone apne rules banaye hue hai jaise memo aur warning aade paise to ye log memo warning mein kaat lete hai, kabhi week lapse kar dete hai aur batein itni badi badi karta hai wo Nikhil Sharma aur employees ke paise khata hai.


yahan wo employee tik sakta hai jo chamchagiri karna janta ho aur subah jaldi aaye shaam ko late jaye aur overtime bhi na mange aur agar sundays ko bulaye to bhi apne saare kaam chod kar aa jaye. aur ek do aise chamche bhi hai jo inke kapde bhi dho dete hai aur ghar ke baaki kaam bhi kar dete hai


aur aise bhi example sunne ko mile hai ke isne apne chamcho ko bhi nahi choda uske bhi paise kha gaya


agar phir bhi aapko Nishkrant Media Join karna hai to kuch baton ka dhyan rakhna




  1. rules dhang se pad lena aur ye bhi pooch lena ke yahi rules hai ya aur bhi hai kyonki join karne ke baad jo rule aapko pata chalenge phir aap sochoge ye to pehle nahi bataya tha, aur ye log to khade khade hi rule bana dete hai ke aisa nahi hua to 1day salary kaat lenge.




  2. Apne original document submit mat karana




  3. agar aap late nahi hona chahte to pooch lena ke mahine mein kitne time se free ho jaoge kyonki aapko chutti ke time bhi pooch kar jana padega




  4. jo employee kaam kar rahe hai unse ek baar akele mein baat karke pooch lena ke ye log kitne paani mein hai




  5. aur clients ka to client hi jane patanahi kon si condition lagate hai 20 mein se 1 hi site live hoti hai

Nishkrant Media is my baddest experience of life. management(Nikhil Sharma) of Nishkrant Media is very Selfish. they can't pay good to good people. they always want trainee on cheap cost because they can make pressure on them by willfully & helpless trainee do the same just because of he want experience & familiy necessity if he don't do the same they intentionally deduct/delay the salary of trainee and at the end he/she left the job. 99% employee left the job after 1 or two months, they have no trustful employees because nobody is older than 2-3 months except some of Obsequious people(yashvir & gaurav). even they are not good for clients also, .


They change there commitment time by time also hence clients left there project on the way like a commitment in the morning will be change in the evening or conditions will be added on the same. how the can do this with employees b'çoz they have only concern Money   Money   Money   Money and only Money. they have no emotions to the employees and one of the most important thing the can deduct half of your salary with fatuous reason that you are not satisfying us., let me know one thing when they took interview(3 rounds) then why they don't told not to join. he(Nikhil sharma) digest 20000 of 50+ employee. at the end I just want to say that decision is yours

Nishkrant Media one of the worst company in delhi/NCR for employees & clients also. They have terms & conditions for there own not for employees/clients. they harass employees & clients with there idiots rules. many  clients & employees has been left Nishkrant Media on the way because of cheap politics.


I am one of the existed employee who harassed day by day. they always find excuses to deduct my salary and knock my self respect. Two of the employees has been filed a case in Labour Court against Nishkrant Media and may be clients. No one is happy with Nishkrant Media not only employees but also clients.


I advice not to join Nishkrant Media otherwise you repent on your decision.
