Before buying a flat never buy a flat in Nirala Estate never buy a flat in Nirala State, you will get trapped after coming here, the maintenance and management of this place is very bad, these people are complete thieves. There are evil people who trouble you a lot about your interior work. They do anything, they don't even give back your security amount and harass you a lot and they have kept me sad ever since I came here, they trouble me about everything, security, to Masha Allah, The management here including security in-charge and facility manager is very evil and if you complain to the police then nothing will happen. They say go and do anything and nothing will happen so no point to buy a flat. You will always be disturbed and in trouble.They harass you and trap you, their sales team says something and the management says something, no one tells you clear point before buying a flat, later these people come together to harass you and make money

Buyers don't ever think about this society to buy any flats. You will waste your hard earned money for sure. Construction quality is extremely poor and low. Don't take put your life in danger. Maintenance is very very bad. They will take Maintenance charge in return you will get carrot and banana. Don't go with those review like 5 stats and good reviews.
