Hi my name is Sunil Ihad taken loan of Rs.40000 from Nira loan app 3 months I have continuously paid my emi's and now for August month it was delayed by 15 days. They communicated through watsapp to clear but I told them I will clear my emi on 25th August, however they have started calling all my personal contacts including my father in law asking him to pay 40000/-. As I have already cleared 3emis why should I pay total amount again which is frustrating, request to take strict action who is calling to relatives or I will definitely file a case who has abused me in WhatsApp.

I tried applying for a loan on handyloans on 11th June 2022 for a medical emergency. Though the app said loan application is successful, i did not receive any loans. On 17th June morning I received a message from+91 95997 46019 asking me to repay the loan. When i requested for details, the person started abusing me and started sending vulgar pics to all my contacts. He threatened me stating if i don't pay the money he will start sharing morphed nude pics of mine

I want to tell you that since I have taken the loan, its emi has been debited on my time, but in spite of that, messages of emi pending keep coming to me from NIRA side.This problem happens every month due to which I am very upset.I told all my problem to an executive of your team that my emi is debited on time but it is not updated in NIRA dashboard due to which my cibil has gone down a lot, for which I have also put screenshot in mails. Basically all my emi have been paid timely, yet I am harassed every month that (your emi is not deducted on time due to which LPC will be charged on you.) I have also mailed a lot to your organization but no positive response given.(Support@nirafinance.com).Apart from this, my cibil has also been impacted. Because of your organisation, I am very mentally disturbed which has created this problem. I humble request you to please sort my problem.

I have applied for a loan after documentation on 9 Nov 2020 they approved my loan application for the amount of 30000/- After filling NACH Mandate form on 10th Nov 2020 I have never got money and never got a single calls about my emailed and phone calls and message How can we believe that they are good? Every body have tried this type of loan only in emergency if after 10 days still waiting for the same than why we will use these in future? Bank is best

Negligance towards loan closure

Besides toughest pandemic besides applying for a moratorium I have applied my might and cleared all of my emi's on time with NIRA and proved my self as one of the genuineloan payer.but I have applied for the NOC against my personel loan with NIRA...but so far neither there is no reply nor response...when they expect the client to pay their emi's on time ...why????? They are not responding and fails!!!!!!! to perform their duty....I have sent atleast 10 reminders....for my NOC ....but their display of negligence proves that they least bothered......i have no option other than taking this issue to CIBIL...and media... i have my repayment records.... I have the screen shot my loan has been closed....if you (NIRA TEAM) are not in a position to perform your trusted duty on time...then how come you expect the customer to pay their dues towards your loan on time......can anyone guide me so that I feel it is necessary to take this up to CIBIL and other media.......such a devastating fin. App ....

I was approved for 96k loan, submitted my documents and then rejected saying they give loan for those who have salary more than 12k, my salary was more than that and I have given my bank statement as proof. I wanted to delete my account but couldn't do it from the app, contacted the customer support and they kept asking why I wanted to delete my account. It's been a few days but their reply is the same. Now I can't even delete my documents from their database. In conclusion I think it's a fake app just for stealing your personal documents. Be careful guys before you use the app. Go to your bank, its the safest.

They always decline my request . They have no customer support of course they have but they did not respond . I am tired being given them all the required loan documents and they declined they take much time on loan . Be better taking loan from cashbean . Its is a very good app for your loan . Please dont take from here thier Interest is also high.bye have nice day take care and be aware .

Please don't submit your documents with this app guys. I wasted my many days on this app yet nothing happened, please don't west your time . 4 days ago I did Submit all Documents, Service is Not good and no response, Still I didn't get any update, I Ask them that when will get the money, they are saying like end of the day, tomorrow, within 2hours every time they are saying some reason and they are not saying any proper reason.one of the worst app in the World.
