I feel this review is:
Poor quality rejected product supplied/sold by tata neu. Sales scam done by Nilkamal with help of tata neu to sold rejected product. Tata neu shows its poor customer support and no refund or replacement provided in last 15 days. After making compliant to tata neu, company not show any interest to respond to customer. It is clear example that tata neu knows that the product sold by them is poor quality.
I have ordered Nilkamal Nilkamal Troy Black Engineered Wood Book Case from tata neu on 11th September 2024. Product delivered on 20th September 24 with 2 nos of side in broken conditions. I have sent the complaint to tata neu on customer support mail id. But no response received from tata neu. After 4 days nilkamal started the communication over mail without any resolution. After receipt of parcel no clear resolution provided by both the companies. In overall tata neu platform is not good to buy the products under any promotional scheme. Because the products may be from rejected quality/ poor quality/ specially manufactured from poor quality material. So dear buyer be careful during shopping.
Nilkamal is a big fraud not big brand in the market. It best place to cheat the customer and having poor customer service. Representatives make false statement and share fake commitment. Currently on festive occasions they are selling very quality products. Beware of company M/s Nilkamal.think before placing any order. Rest choice is your.

I had very bad experience with nilkamal .the order placed has been one month...called the customer service multiple times for informing missing parts .n even asked for return of product .they have asked me to pack the item.n they can arrange refund only after return product is received n once they confirm the missing parts .such a headache ..if I knew the owners email I would have brought this into his notice about the worst customer service and the quality of the product sent .

After I posted the review, which is even reviewed by judge.me, my genuine review was deliberately removed from the nilkamal website!
There are alignment issues while and after assembling are found. Creases formed quickly just after first use. Comfort is just okay, for this price. But I can see other brands selling the same(except the brand markings on cushion) at a cheaper price. So I'm not that impressed by the brand nilkamal which does at an inflated price tag, exactly what other brands do.

There is no difference between the brand Nilkamal and local vendors. We ordered for two wardrobes of same type. Product received from Nilkamal.com didn't match with the product shown on the website. Shade was different and mirror was missing on one side of the wardrobe.After raising complaint with customer care, they did not return the product.Guys of Nilkamal.com are non-cooperative and unprofessional.Customers are being cheated from them.
The product delivery service of nilkamal is very bad. After getting their money they even don't bother to pick up the call.
With in two months of purchase laminate started swelling.
Nilkamal is not in a position to replace with new one. Top layer(Laminate) is soo poor, while cleaning top layer will peel off.
Customer service is very poor. The will not value your problems.

After my complaint, your company sent me the replacement items comes but it is still faulty. So kindly provide me fresh piece. I also attached the picture of item sent by you.
Worst service, they did not come for installation even after 5 days of delivery. Everytime when we call they have told they have raised request.
Doctor Dreams should change their name to Doctor Nightmares. I paid a huge amount for one of their products on seeing their date of delivery for my ill father. On contacting them on 24 January, they said they will deliver in 2 to 3 working days. It has been another week of waiting and the product is still not delivered. I will now contact my lawyer for this blatant disregard to consumer rights. They have no control over their team and just scam people with false information. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS
I bought one Nilkamal chair from D mart Madurai for Rs.1, 200/-.
Both the front legs are expanding by 2 inches when
I sit on the chair.
It may break while I am sitting. Please replace the above chair with a stronger one or ask D mart Madurai to refund the amount immediately (Before my legs and hip break )

Asking where my product is and they are telling me to call the courier company! I ordered the product from them, so why is it me calling the courier company trying to find my order! Customer service is fxxking useless and my furniture is 3 days late!
We have purchased sofa from Nilkamal store, sec10, Noida in July. Now, I have noticed that stitching quality if sofa is very bad It is coming off.Showroom guys r not sending anyone to get it fixed even afterseveral complaints. While purchasing these guys told us that theyprovide life long service for the product to the customers.Pathetic aftersale service. Never go for Nilkamal furniture.
I had buy a new blender of wonderchef company a month ago (2 or 4/08/2022)..while buying i had asked employee that when to go if its not disfunction(9/9/2022) nd the employee says me come to our shop with bill...nd right now its not working i went to the shop nd they are saying that its not our work you have to go at service centre Ahmedabad and he was saying me that all the conditions are mention in the bills we got the bill after buying the product so its your employees responsibility to explore the customer your rules and policies which had not explain me and today they are telling me the policies and i m staying in a small village besides umreth its very disappointing and your employees services are not good..i m totally dissatisfied from your shop and your employees...
The product is very good, stable and best for daily use. The color and the finish is also very decent. Go for it

Please never order from Nilkamal Online; they send partial products and never refund or send the entire product.
It is a sham.
And the company has the worst Customer Service team who are unable to provide any resolution.
I had ordered a bookshelf from Nilkamal of July 26 it's been more than 20 days no status on my bookshelf... customer care really sucks.
Cannot review the products as it never got delivered. Ordered AND PAID IN FULL on 6th June, and after 16 days also there has been no response from the team. THE PHONE NUMBERS ARE NEVER PICKED OR RESPONDED TO!
