New Life Ambulance Service - Delhi has been a great disappointment for me. I had a very urgent situation where I needed an ambulance for my mother who was in a critical state. I called the New Life Ambulance Service - Delhi and was surprised to hear that they either had a long waiting period or that they had no ambulances available. I waited for hours, but no ambulance ever arrived.

When I called back to check on the status, they had no updates and were not even able to provide me with an explanation. I felt like they didn't care about my situation and were more interested in their own convenience.

The customer service of New Life Ambulance Service - Delhi is terrible. The staff was rude and unhelpful. They refused to answer my questions and instead kept redirecting me to other people who could not provide me with any information.

The vehicles provided by New Life Ambulance Service - Delhi were also not in the best of condition. The interior was dirty and had a foul smell. The medical staff was not properly trained and lacked the necessary skills to handle any medical emergencies.

Overall, my experience with New Life Ambulance Service - Delhi has been very negative. I will never recommend this type worst Ambulance Service.

New Life Hospital, Suranussi, Jalandhars 24 hour emergency center is great and they help to sort out all the emergency cases immediately. If it was not for this department probably my sister's case would have been really delayed.
