The worst organisation I have ever seen. Mr Ankur Bhatia (CEO) don't have the etiquette to talk with people. No transparency with employees they will deduct the salary without any prior notice. They never give you an experience letter even they never give you a payslip. They will deduct the salary on the name of ESIC but they will not give you an ESIC card or even a number. They are a fraud organisation. I have wasted my 8 months there. In this pandemic situation, they are forcing people to come to the office and not allowed to do WFH. They are not providing any transport facilities even they will not give you travel expenses in night shift as well. I never suggest anyone join this organisation.

This company is totally fraud guys dont waste your time here. I nd othe 9 employees have wasted our fckng 8 mnths. CEO MR. ANKUR BHATIA is not supportive at all.

they have been Deducting our 800 rupees from our monthly package from past 8 mnths and we askd for salary slip they dont have any answer for that moreover due to this covid crisis we asked them to discuss WFH but they said if you do work from home then the salary will be decreased 50%.

Is this any kind of joke?

this company is trash guy save yourself from them.

now CEO will say you are a non performer but the fast is we 25 agents are the one who took their processes at this level we started just with 1 portal now we had 4 more portals to work, thats because we were doing our jobs sincerely unlike mr bhaita who never came to office to discuss our issues.

This is worst company of my life. Didn't give my salary. Don't deserve any star. Everything is pathetic except rented property. And the best part is that, The CEO, he is the Alien ??.

Worst organization to work.!

No Offer Letter provided by the HR. No Appointment Letter and No Relieving letter as ordered by the higher management!

Salary comes but as and when management feels that you are productive however there is no predefined scale of it.!

No training Module, Process trainer have zero knowledge about the product. IT team zero knowledge. Admin team, they are hired for just to make you fool. Accounts team living in their dreams only!

HR team. to be honest, yes they all are full of knowledge but they don't have the power to perform.

HR director.hired for how can we create rumors and how can we stop salary.

I worked here for good 5+ years but did not get salary on time.!

I am now working with Navigant for last 10 years. And in these 10 years, I have grown from Executive to Director of the company. My growth have been steady and stable and I am very satisfied with the growth and opportunities offered to me by the company. Our management team is highly focused on bringing stability and predictability in every aspect of its business.

If you are looking for a stable job and a company where you can work for ever and probably retire, then I highly recommend Navigant Technologies(navigant.in) to you.

Navigant is my first company to start with, but the experience was not good. I have worked with them in 2014. I have selected for Mcd project and after one week training they send me to DHBVN project. The salary they offer me is very less, but I thought let's take experience. After work for 4 months I feel that it's seems to be fake company. The project for which they hired me, that project has been given to some other Bpo. They tell me you have to find some other job and we will transfer your salary in account very soon. I have wait for more than 2 months but didn't get nothing. Job security is very low and as far as growth concerns their will be no growth in this company. So if you are planning to go and work with this company I must say please don't join. In this company you will get nothing rather than wastage of time.

Navigant is best place to display your talent and skills as the idea you give are also considered rather than just listening to your senior and following the instruction there is lot to learn in Navigant . I think if one has capabilities and skills by coming to Navigant one is groomed up even more. freshers are always welcome here.the management here is approachable and there is no concern that cant be sorted out

Pros - This company is for you if you are willing to work hard and perform, if you are only looking to have fun then this is not the place for you. What I have observed during my stint of 4 years at Navigant is that they give you your professional space to learn and grow. Management is approachable as it has an Open door policy.new ideas are encouraged. They have good projects with 5 day working and day shifts

The company is decent and they have very good projects, they help the agents to grow and provide them very good training, the management is very helpful and approachable, they guide in the best way possible, very good company to work with especially for freshers.

Navigant is a great company to work with because of its the great work environment. Hard work will definitely help an individual to grow both in salary and career wise. A sincere hard working individual does not have to worry about job security with this company. The company is well established with over 300 employees and has a rich experience having been in the business for more than a decade.The CEO is accessible to the employees and gives a patient ear to the concerns of the employees.

Navigant is the best company to work the nature the infrasturture and other facities are great. they are providing attractive salary to the workers, there are many facilities that can be used like for example transport services cafeteria office surrounding.my friend is still working there and he is very much satisfied .the career growth here is very good

Very very bad company no understanding about employee they do not give salary on time hold the salary for 1 month  15 days. a simple request to all my friend do not come hare you will spoil your life please go some where else but dont come hear

Bunch of bxxxxxx and bxxxxxx! resigned bcuz it had the most terrible work enviorment .worked for 2 weeks cleared training and for no reason  framed me about fake documents . hr is full dirty bxxxxxx whose nme I forgotten but she was a rxxxx who must have made her position by whxxxxx around . saud my salary will not be paid . fxxxxx atrociuous .

I guess they are beggars . inka aukaat hi kyaa han  bheek maangte hain . now my salary s on hold for more than 2 months and I keep getting lame excuses . dont trust this company its the worst . all of them bad to the bone . all bxxxxxx and bxxxxxx . company has gone to the dogs .lazy laid back staffs . most processes ramping down bcuz of shitty management . all of them atrocious and disregarding .only pass disparaging remarks and have no manners .learnt nothing by working ther just wasted away my 6 months there .
