Vignesh misled me. He promised same-day delivery in Bangalore, but after I paid, he sent the product via India Post, which took two days to arrive.

The website advertised 15g of kefir grains with a wooden spoon and strainer, but I received only a small plastic bottle of milk with no kefir grains. When I called him, he made excuses and promised a replacement the next day. However, when I followed up, he stopped answering my calls.

I ordered kefir grains with wooden spoon and plastic sieve. I received nothing except some yogurt is some small bottle packed negligently. My calls went unanswered. My mistake I did not see the reviews before I ordered. Vignesh is the fraudster who was just creating imminency around payment and disappeared after that.

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. The package I received was missing almost everything that was promised: there was no wooden spatula, no plastic sieve, and worst of all, no Kefir grains at all! Instead of a secure container, the items came in a plastic zip-lock bag, which was unprofessional and not suitable for such delicate items. There was no instruction manual, no date of packing, and when I tried reaching out for help, my calls went unanswered. Overall, this was a frustrating and unsatisfactory purchase. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone looking for quality or reliable service.

Ordered online after speaking to the guy who calls himself Vignesh, he is a fraud, Did not ship my kefir. Unable to contact him

Completely fraudulent! Take the money and don’t even answer calls.

Told me will be delivered in 2 days and the item has not even been shipped a week later.

I ordered Milk Kefir Grains from this store. They advertised on website that they will ship organic kefir grains with free wooden spoon and Free strainer. When the shipment arrived finally I only received small bottle with milk. There is apsolutely no kefir grains.

and they did not ship strainer and wooden spoon.

When I called them the owner mentioned he will ship in 2 days. Its been 2 months they have not shipped it. He stopped taking my calls.

Do not order anything from this company. They are fraudsters. Please save your self some money. There are better companies out there.

He is cheating customers.

The fraudulent website natureskefir.in shows Kefir grains but after transferring money sends tiny rava not the grains shown in product page

Stay away from getting defrauded by natureskefir.in.

Once they got hands on buyer's money, they stopped answering whatsapp.

Do not fall in the trap of that fraudsters.

It does not matter if Video of shipping package is recorded before the package is opened, that fraud website is cheating.

Save your money, go for some reliable websites than cheating fraud website natureskefir.in
