The stylists are good and patient and understand your needs.

Recently they have re done the interiors and the place looks clean and very comfortable.

The haircut experience was good , the staff is very well mannered and the quality of the service is good , I got my haircut done from Arhab and it was a good experience.

I went to many neutrals branches but here the service i got was very bad i went for my daughter's hair cut n tue result is worst than ever

Basis my last 4 back to back experiences, I can confirm that THE STAFF AT NATURALS KADUGODI DOES NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS!

Naturals Kadugodi branch has conveniently refused Service for 4 continuous times in last 45 days, is when I decided to Pen this feedback!

Staff at Naturals Salon of Kadugodi will always have some excuse ready to decline customer's requests!

They never get back to customers, even after committing.

HOW CAN A SALON DECLINE 4 REQUESTS FROM A CUSTOMER? Aren't you aware it's customer service oriented business?

Are you encouraging your customers to take business to other Salons?

I am sure Senior Management of Natural doesn't know how badly their staff treats their customer. because there is a very strong competitive market near Naturals.

MY ADVISE TO CUSTOMERS : If Naturals is denying You service, you can choose from it's Competitors within 200meters to 3 km : like Scent Luxury Salon, Green Trends etc.
