Perfect Holiday Getaway

Everything about this trip was wonderful! The destinations were breathtaking, the activities were exciting, and the food was delicious. We had a perfect mix of adventure and relaxation. Would highly recommend this travel company to anyone!

I had the misfortune of dealing with this so-called travel agent Mintu Narania, and I can confidently say it was one of the worst experiences ever. and I feel compelled to warn others about their fraudulent practices. I booked a sightseeing trip to Kashmir for my family more than two months ago and paid ₹2500 as an advance. Unfortunately, due to the passing of my father-in-law, I had to cancel the trip 40 days in advance. This should have been ample time to process a refund.

Since then, I’ve been chasing this agent Mintu Narania relentlessly for the refund. He initially kept promising that he would return the money "soon, " but it was all a web of lies. Now, he has completely stopped answering my calls. This person is nothing but a cheat who scams people and uses the same fake politeness—saying "Sir Ji" hundreds of times—to deceive you into trusting him.

If you value your money and your peace of mind, DO NOT book anything with this travel agent. His unprofessional and dishonest behavior has caused me immense frustration during an already difficult time. I wouldn’t recommend his services to anyone, not even my worst enemy. Stay far away!

Mintu Narania is a Fraud person who showed us different rooms b4 booking and when we arrived at the destination he gave us bullshit rooms to stay....

He dont have manners to talk to any female...

1 hindi Phrase suits this MINTU NARANIA the most i.e. "ULTA CHOR KOTWAL KO DAATEIN"

he doesnt give u exact itenary just says " dont worry madam " while doing booking... and as we arrive there at our tourist spot and after fetching all disgusting hotels to stay if we call him... he doesnt respond n when he gets time to pick our call he tags us as "oversmart Ban rahi ho... jyada natak mat karo" such kind of phrases were said by him to his female clients...He disrespects all not just female

unka driver Sachin sharma humara Guide cum driver tha... jisko kisibhi spot ke baareimein prior information deni aati hi nhi ya phir ussey pata hi nhi kuch kashmir ka aise bande ko humare liye guide cum driver bheja tha... woh Mintu narania ne bas ek unemployed ko driver banakar bheja tha... jisko airport ke arrival par humein receive karne tak aana bhi nhi aaya... parking mein ruka tha 1km durr....Har jagah basss parking parking mein hi thehelte baithe rehta hain..

humare simcards chal nhi rahein the kashmir mein n new simcards activate hone ke liye half an hour gaya airport se bahar nikalkar

toh dusre ek acche insan ke no. pe se unko call kiya toh mintu narania airport ke uss insan se bhi batameezi se baat karne lage...

This company is run by two fraud brothers their reviews are fake. You can check it on Just dial that near about all the reviews are on 4 dates only and all 5 stars. Once you book they will show their color of fraudness.

This is a third class agency. Once you took the package you are gone.

Very rude behaviour. They provided me a car with stinky smell and full of Dust. Even difficult to start the vehicle.

Funny part is they are not even offered water also while welcoming.

And a great representative with a cigarette in hand and chewing pan with dirty white shirt and pants.

When I complained this to management he said he can’t provide me a show room piece??????.

Then coming to 3 star hotels I got stars after checking in.

Totally this is a fraud agency and they don’t know what is hospitality and the feelings of guests.

Having coming from Hyderabad after changing two flights to Jammu , if I have to travel in a dusty, stinky car I have no words to explain

This tourist agency is a completely a fraud agency. I have booked 5 days 4 night Kashmir packaged. They are not providing the service they promised.

These are the problems I have faced with this travel agent:

1) They send us very good rooms images but will provide us very poor class of rooms.

The food quality was very poor. We had to go outside my hotel to eat the good quality of food.

2) There are so many hidden charges.

3) I had to pay toll from my pocket while it was included in the package.

4) Very poor class of car and driver as well.

5) Number of locations not covered as they promised.

6) You have to book another car to visit some locations because they will give you so many reasons(our cab is not allowed to go at that location ok only union cab is allowed whic is not true at all).

7) Cab driver misbehaved with us at so many occasions. Everyday he stoped the car at Dhaba and take more than 2 hours just to take lunch and tea.

8) At the final day of tour they asked us to pay advanced money before dropping us to to our final destination.

10) Our Kashmir trip was completely hell will this travel agency.

Never recommended.
