I had been to this place yesterday with my friend for lunch, I had good impression about the nagarjuna restaurant so I took my friend there. First of all the restaurant was packed and good waiting system was followed. After waiting for 10 mins we got a table and we ordered for 1 mutton biryani, 1 chicken lollipop, 1 Gobi, 1 mushroom curry and 2 butter kulcha, 2 like soda.

First the main course was served before even serving the starters, when I had finished half of my biryani my starters arrived, biryani came way early than other food, so literally my friend had to just watch me eating .I know it's busy but it doesn't mean you serve the way you want , we come with some expectations and to get disappointed.

1.Mutton biryani the rice was good with flavourful but only 2 pieces of mutton were served due to which the price seemed to be very expensive.

1. Chicken lollipop was not chicken lollipop it was rather chicken deep oil fry and served without any accompaniments.

3 . Gobi was expected to be Manchurian but it was also just Gobi fried in oil with lots of curry leaves.

4 . I just tasted few bites of mushroom curry which I felt was ok and it was bit sour.

1. The line soda was literally the lume water without any fizz in the soda.

I understand the busy situation but it doesn't mean that the guest served treated like this as we are paying our money for the service and food that you provide.

It's time to improve yourself as your standards are going down.

This will be my last visit to nagarjunas .

Super Biryani and awesome food. Try their kababs also they are mouth watering. Being a vegetarian usually their are no good deals on biryani available but at Nagarjuna you get awesome veg starters anf a good veg biryani.

Above all the best is the meals which are served hot and the dal is awesome. Though spice level is slight high but overall it's a very decent meal.

Would recommend all to have food at Nagarjuna

What I did dislike of this place was a very bad experience.At the billing counter Munideera was very disrespectful by throwing the credit card after billing. The staff will need to be trained on basics like handing over the card in hand etc.

I don't think any customer would like to tolerate such behavior just because the outlet is providing good food. The floor manager seem to not bother when I did let him know and hence posting this here.

The best andhra style biriyani I had in nagarjuna.

Fantastic ambience and valet parking is there. It's 3 floor restaurant, 2 floor for serving food and upper store for staying. Best mutton biriyani yes it's little bit spicy, but I enjoyed. So chill inside I like the spicy food. We had Indian chicken nutty kabab. One small biriyani is enough for one adult.

Really nice food. Who likes spicy food they will definitely like it.

Nagarjuna is a typical Indian restaurant that serves Andhra cuisine. The ambience and the décor are pretty good. They also have a bar that an accommodate atleast  10-15 people. They serve some nice cocktails and some good selection in mocktails as well.

The food is pretty average, nothing out of the ordinary. Their prawn sholay kabab in the starters section is a pretty dry but the prawns pepper fry is nice and succulent. I also particularly enjoy the Nagajuna chicken which is the chef’ specialty.

In the main course I relish the Dosa with Nati Kodi curry, which is rarity in Bangalore and Nagarjuna makes it perfectly. Nagarujuna’s  birayani is quite famous. They make excellent biryani, I have tasted both mutton and chicken both are good but I’ll prefer the mutton. They cook the mutton really well until its soft and succulent.

The only downside is that Nagarjuna doesn’t offer a lot of options. The menu is restricted to starters and few options of Biryani. Though they serve a decent variety in starters the mains do not have many options and many a times I end up eating the Biryani.

Nagarjuna is really famous for its Andhra cuisine. They have several branches in Bangalore and I happened to visit the Indiranagar branch.  The place is well maintained and perfect for family dinners or evening out with friends. It also has a huge bar for those who’d like a drink or two before their meals.

They offer a huge variety of mutton, chicken and vegetarian delicacies. I absolutely love their Fish Sholay Kabab and Prawns pepper fry in the sea food section. The Pepper chicken and the lemon chicken is extremely scrumptious and goes well with the drinks. I happen to order a couple of plates if we are in a large group. In the mains I prefer the Paneer butter masala which is succulent. The mutton roast is finger licking good and the mutton biryani served here is impeccable.

They do not offer huge variety in desserts, which is rather disappointing when you have kids around. But apart from that I am very happy with his restaurant. Their service and food are excellent.

I went to this hotel for the first time 1 year back and had chicken biryani with my buddies.

I have been visiting this restaurant since then. The taste was really homely and pieces are well cooked. And other starters like pepper chicken also was very good. I find few hotels in Bangalore which has such a taste.

Yeah you can try this restaurant. Esp, people from south India are going to like food here.
