Myntra has cheated me by sending a different product. When I requested for an exchange and placed order for the new product, It came to my door steps but not delivered by the delivery boy. He didn't even pick the wrong product. Surprisingly, they initiated sone internal investigation and put my delivery on hold as if this was my fault. On calling customer care , I was told that we have raised a query with courier partner and I have to wait until approval comes. They made a mistake or may be it was deliberately done. But I am the one who is waiting for my product to be delivered. Myntra is highly u professional and their customer service Delivery is pathetic.

I have been a Myntra Insider customer.


I purchased a Daniel Wellington watch worth Rs. 11, 459/-(Rupees Eleven Thousand Four Hundred and Fifty Nine Only) on 5th July, 2024, using my SBI credit card through Myntra. Although I returned the refund, it is not credited to my account to date(20th March 2025).


They have harassed me for my own money and given me the same reply again and again. Myntra looted my money and gave the same shameful statement. They have not supported me in any regard.


They misled me firstly by saying to wait for this note.(Note: Some nationalised banks may take more time than normal to credit the amount.). If your bank support team is unable to locate the refund with the reference number provided, please dispute the transaction as a refund not processed with them. At that time, they will see a pending refund and will follow the path back to our payment processor to locate the refund. You can also click on the link provided below to file a dispute on the bank's portal.


Then by asking me to communicate with my bank to file a chargeback. As we all know, after 3 months of any transduction, no bank will file the complaint against the transduction. But the SBI credit card team has helped me and asked for the statement from Myntra in which my refund account details are also mentioned with ARN No. 72038041874187121083361.


But Myntra has not given any further statement with the account number detail in it to me.


Below are the last few conversations which I made.


After multiple communications, calls, and months of waiting, my refund for the aforementioned order has yet to be credited to my SBI credit card account.


As per today's(30th September 2024 at 14:37pm) discussion with the customer service person, I am attached the SBI credit card statement for the three months of July, August, and September 2024.


Kindly, this time make sure that my refund amount gets credited to my account as soon as possible. You are the Myntra, and you are making your customer suffer like this. This is so unethical.


The few statements from prior communication are listed below.


17th September 2024


Dear Myntra, I am writing to get further information over my purchase return. On 5th July, 2024, I purchased a watch worth Rs. 11, 459/-(Rupees Eleven Thousand Four Hundred and Fifty Nine Only) using my SBI credit card through Myntra. The purchase amount was converted to EMI by the merchant. However, the product was returned to Myntra, and Myntra confirmed that the refund was successfully credited to my credit card account on 30th July 2024 with the bank reference number 72038041874187121083361. Despite waiting a month for the refund to reflect in my account, the amount was not credited. I contacted SBI Credit Card customer care several times, but no resolution was provided. They were asking for the below-mentioned documents in order to start an investigation: Credit Note(With Refund Amount, Merchant Name, Refund Date Along with Last 2 Digits of Card Number) Merchant's confirmation letter(any communication with merchant regarding refund of disputed amount) Kindly provide the same as soon as possible. I ordered 6 items from myntra namely montecarlo cardigans and home sizzler bedsheets. They show delivered on February 5, 2025. But I received a damaged packaging and only one product that too wrong.


I have been contacting the help centre for over a month and still no update from them. My complaint keeps getting closed by the internal team. There are no updates.


my 4500 is struck.


I am very disappointed with the customer service. They just say sorry and give a timeline for 48 or 24 hours. Some of them don't know how to talk either.

I recently ordered a pair of shoes from Myntra(Order ID: 1290979 96349392746303) but received a damaged product. When I requested a return, Myntra rejected my request just because I removed the security tag.


?? How is this fair when the product was already defective?


?? Why should customers suffer for Myntra’s poor quality checks?


Despite multiple attempts to contact customer support, they refused to help and closed my case without a resolution. This is completely unacceptable and shows how Myntra is neglecting customer rights.


If Myntra truly cares about its customers, they should either replace the product or process my refund immediately! Otherwise, I will have no option but to take this issue to consumer forums and legal authorities.

We were regular Myntra customers. Till first time on 18th Feb we ordered a high end product. A watch costing 12000. They claim they put it in a big packet containing 2 jeans and 2 purses. I informed them the same night it has not been delivered. They kept asking me to wait, put me on a 24 hours hold then a 72 hours hold etc etc and now finally a so called senior case manager Mefrithaa informs me - from their end they cant do anything.


For a simple Tshirt delivery I had to give OTP . But a high end watch was sent according to them in a package with other items.


DO NOT BUY STUFF FROM THEM.


THEY DONT CARE IF YOU RECIEVED PRODUCT OR NOT.


THEY EXPECT YOU TO BEAR THE LOSS.


Its our hard earned Money but they dont Care to do anything about it .

I have been mynta customers fir quiet no. Of years. I never had any problem in return or exchange. Though it took longer.


My last experience has left me in shock.


Myntra has come up with a tag system.Wherein the product will not be taken back if there is no tag.


I ordered 2 Rocia shoes from the app. I received both the shoes without tag. I wanted to return one due to fit issues.


The agent declined saying he cannot take it without.


I repeatedly called the call center they said they will inquire the matter. And just send the mail for decline. When ever I called the callcenter guy said we have inquired. It was sent with tag.


They did not resolved the issue even after escalating. So I am stuck with expensive shoe that is not my size. I did ask them give some details of their inquiry. Do they have any pic or any video or a tracker on tag. How will I know the box they are sending is with tag or not. How to trust their enquiry.There should be some transparency.


Now it is very clear we are stuck at the hands of warehouse people who can easily send product without tags or just change the product. And we will be stuck with wrong product.Kindly take a video of every product you by from myntra hence forth. Cause now their management is filled with frauds.
