About So called M-Express Delivery

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with your so-called "M-Express Delivery" service. I placed an order with the expectation that the express delivery option would ensure I received the item the next day, as promised during checkout. Since I had an urgent requirement, I chose my office address and explicitly selected the type as "office" to align with proper delivery timings.


However, the experience I had was far from acceptable. Despite the express delivery label, my order was not delivered the next day. This service appears to be nothing more than a misleading feature with no actual implementation. To make matters worse, the delivery agent called me at 9:30 PM — well outside office hours. Is this what Myntra considers professional timing for an "office" delivery?


When I didn’t receive my order by the next morning, I contacted customer care. While the representative apologized and assured me that they would raise a ticket to expedite the delivery, no progress was made. Later in the evening, I reached out via chat, only to be told that there was no express service at all. If that’s true, why was the "express delivery" option displayed beside my order? Was it just for show?


This entire experience has been nothing short of frustrating. I was relying on Myntra to deliver on its promises as I had planned to surprise someone close to me. Because of this delay and lack of accountability, my plans were completely ruined. I have lost trust in Myntra as a reliable service provider. The lack of transparency, accountability, and customer-centricity is appalling.


From now on, I will avoid using Myntra and actively discourage my friends and family from doing so as well. I hope this feedback serves as a wake-up call for you to reevaluate your services and ensure such failures do not occur for other customers in the future.


Return request not visible in the app

The return request is not shown in this app even after the request has been placed. Even if we placed the return request and their guys don't pick up and if the window closes it's our problem but not theirs!!!


Myntra used to be convenient n gold but not they learnt a the nasty techniques of the business.. great disrespect to them n the people running it . Be careful wen you put returns..they wanted are finding ways not to pick it up and not taking back..

Mintra is a fraudulent company. They sent the wrong size, and while they initially enabled the return option, the process was useless because the clothes were too small to use. They refused to either return the product or exchange it, claiming the next size was unavailable. This has happened to me twice.


Avoid buying from them. Their customer service is unhelpful, with employees who only say, “Sorry, I cannot help you.”

I did order FCUK shoes which was supposed to get delivered on November 6th. On the date if delivery, we got an update "Failed Attempt" without any calll. Call delivery agent option included in the app, doesn't work. I kept calling Myntra for the intervention because I wanted them to not to cancel the shipment. I ordered the product during an offer period. Same offer cannot be applied if the order gets canceled. Multiple calls, mails, follow up and nothing worked. Ultimately on 16th November they have canceled my order. I was ready to collect it from their sales hub which according to them was not allowed. Sharing delivery agents number was not allowed. After auto cancelation of the product, service officer called me to cut a sorry face and offered a discount of Rs.100/- and I am their elite customer. After writing to their founder, I was expecting some response but that also never happened.

I had ordered a product on the 27th of October and the delivery date was mentioned as 15th November.


Product didn’t arrive.


Post 15th November numerous calls and chats have been initiated but no resolution. The only statement the customer support provides is to wait for 24 hours but no action has ever been taken.


This feels like a scam for me personally because now this particular product is triple the amount that I had paid. Which means they want me to cancel this product and have me buy it again for the price which is triple of what I paid.


This isn’t acceptable at all.


This is all a scam on Sales.


Very poor customer support from Myntra


And now I can’t even give 1 star to this crappy review.


Have been receiving wrong products

This has been thrice where i have received wrong product and delivery got delayed for what reason, don’t know nothing was mentioned why the delay is happening. Recently i purchased one waistcoat and trouser but got completely different product and my oder got delayed by 5 days. Now i have to exchange it and wait for another one week.

Order one puma jacket on 6th of November, got delivered on 7th, did not like the product so place the return request on 7th itself. On 8th November the pickup was done, pickup agent took photo of the jacket front back and took it. Evening I got a message from Myntra that pick up is not done yet, connected to support team they told due to technical glitches it not showing you don't worry about it. On the very next day on 9th November again the pickup agent came and harassing me telling that we could not pick it has oil stains on it, but I didn't accept it, again I reach our to support team and every day I am talking to them. Now the current situation is I lost the product and lost my money got harassment.

Ordered 5 Hilfiger shirts. Delivery was rescheduled few times. Finally only 3 shirts were delivered. Rest of the order cancelled by them and money refunded which took a few days. So here are the sums


My total order was Rs10000. They held on to my money for around 2-3 weeks. Imagine if they had 10000 customers. so they hang on about Rs 10cr of their money. At 8% interest they have creamed about 6-8 lacs by doing nothing other than sending automated messages for rescheduling the products.


Never had this issue with Amazon.

One of the worst customer service experiences. I ordered a pair of 16k Rs shoes, upon delivery I tried them on and found that the size was too small, so immediately within a couple of hours of delivery I submitted a size exchange on their app. To my horror the pick up agent came and refused to pick up the shoes in-spite of all the tags and labels in place. I followed up with myntra for almost 7 days, sent them photographs which they acknowledged that the shoes were unused. but in the end they refused to pick up and refund my money. Their customer service and escalation team are totally unprofessional and incapable and repeatedly just give you scripted answers and dont address the issue. I was a customer of myntra and amazon for many years but have never faced such issues with amazon. I have deleted the myntra app after this horrifying experience. I doubt with this level of poor customer service this company will survive too long!

Myntra is running scam. They will first deliver wrong products and when you raise a query for this by calling their fake call centres , they will ask you to share the wrong product its tag and cover pic and will tell you their backed team will check and then resolution will be provided. After a few days you query will be closed by stating their quality check failed. You will not be given your right product. Please don’t buy anything from this online shopping site. It’s a scam. And please spread this message as much as possible .

In October I received a order which I did not order and because the delivery boy said that he can't cancel it and so I collected the parcel for which I paid online.


To return the parcel I called on Myntra customer care to talk to them about this and they said wait till 24-48 hours which I did , after 48 hours I called again and they gave the same answer that our team is working on your issue wait for 24 hours and now it's been 21 days and yet my problem is not solved .


I can't believe that Myntra is providing this much poor quality on solving on issues and if they are doing like this I don't whether I should be a customer to Myntra .
