Bill Payment Trap

Beware of the trap laid on MYJIO app. While making payment of bills, the app leads you by default to annual bill payment. For ex: you will be prompted for payment of current monthly bill. When you opt for "Pay Bill" it directs you to pay 12 months bill. Unless you are careful to switch it to monthly bill amount, you will fall into their trap. Recently, I made a similar mistake, while avoiding it for past three years, and paid 21k instead of 2k. The customer care is not easily approachable. After relentless pursuit, I could contact the customer care executive. But I was given a rude shock that no refund can be made for the excess amount paid. The problem is I may leave the country for about six months and the deferment is also seems to be impossible. I was told that there is no other recourse and my money is lost.


So, I caution other subscribers not to fall into the clever trap laid down by JIO.

I would say this is the worst service i have ever experience i had wifi issue since 2months and everytime engineers visited there is same issue every alternate day and finally on dec 30th one engineer visited and told he need to change the wire and after changing he informed tht i need to pay the amount of the wire but i don’t understand y should we pay when you are offering the service its your responsibility inspite of we paying WiFi charges even aftr he changed the wire i had same issue next day and again i had to call n raise the complaint but still there is no resolution i feel it’s the worst and pathetic service i have ever seen

It is one of the worst Apps. For the past two months, I have been looking for change of password, data consumption, change of plan etc. I have seen n numbers of videos related to this, but whatever is mentioned in the videos, doesn’t appear in App.

Bad experience on my jio app

This app has become bad to worst. Earlier also I wrote that whenever I click any notification it takes me to recharge page of my jio app. We don't recharge daily. Today I clicked on a promotional message of a path lab. It showed the rates of tests which were much more than I am getting now. My advise to JIO: Restrict this app to jio mobile and jio fiber. Don't try to be jack of all trades otherwise you'll be nowhere like many other companies which have gone into the dark now. Also don't think that the public is fool. This app needs lot of improvement which is not being done.


And also, We are not interested in products referred by you and stop sending your promotional messages. Don't make our phone your promotional instrument.

It's the worst ever app..they don't tell the delivery date beforehand..order just one gulkand for medicinal purpose on 13 June and after ordering came to know that it will come by 20 June and till date I have not received and customer care does not have any idea, they just repeat that don't worry you will get the same, but when nobody knows. After getting this order, will definitely going to delete this app from my mobile.

I have been using my jio app since 2017, it enables me to recharge my jio number and check data balance. Earlier they used to provide ₹; 50 cashback voucher on every recharge which could be redeemed during next recharge, which was the best offer for any customer. But, they have stopped giving such offers from last 2 years. The recent update of the app has some problem because the app stops working on its own and I get the notification that ' MY JIO IS NOT RESPONDING' , I urge the developer to solve this problem as soon as possible. Apart from that, the app is good. I hope these problems with the app will be fixed soon.

Don’t go for JIO friends


Their customer care is on chat and it will take 1 hour for those dumb fxxxx to understand your problem


Also the landline number that they give along with connection does never work

Its a very good idea to have anything in one app with customer friendly you have all the things in this app jio TV, jio music, jio mart everything etc. Even work better if you have used your all data that given you daily work fine


And it has almost all the payment options available I don't feel that I have to reachege my mobile and finding other payments app


Most importantly its user interface is very customer friendly interface love that and the games the small games that we play in childhood time are amazing

My earnest request to you all:Don't go for this MyJio App or more than one pre-paid plan riding on a post-paid plan. If data of one prepaid plan is exhausted it takes more than an hour to switch from one pre-paid to another prepaid plan, during which either you need to keep computer on or have ongoing downloads aborted. As per the app's page info updates on data usage takes an hour. So towards the end session during this time your data is wasted in the absence of live info. Sum: Either the developers are third rate or it is intended to loot customers without live info on data usage. See in picture data speed on top and data balance in current plan

There is no doubt about jio service, which has totally outstanding balance performance towards customer satisfaction. New plans with good call quality is the backbone of the jio.


However, their My jio application is not up to the mark. It lags a lot when showing status of current plan and used data. My jio has guidelines to show particular users usage in span of one hour. But still some time it shows us yesterday's usage of data.


Also while recharging more than two times Extra 4G data pack application shows an error and do not allow us to complete recharging process.


I am completely dissatisfied and disappointed with this application response.


I wish next update would be better than current one.

I am using this app for more than a year. And have faced major problem with it. The app is really slow in loading which is really shameful as it is developed by one of the IT giants jio. Moreover switching within the accounts is really time consuming. It doesn't matter your net speec is fast or slow but still take very long time to load the page. The app is also somewhat laggy.


If any of the jio executive reading this review please try to solve this problem as it is one of the major issues with the app.

Hi guys, here I am sharing my experience of My Jio app.


Basically it is an app where you can check your data balance, plan and remaining sms.


Apart from these you can also recharge slef number or other numbers, although this app has lots of feautres but the major setback of this app is its processing time which is very much slow, even on jio 4G net this app process an operation too slowly, it takes minimum 30-40 secs just to load the home page.


The problme isn't with only the home page, every page of this app takes long time to process, has been years but no improvement have been noticed in this matter!


Dissapointing!
