You guys are a big liar who works with total dishonesty with customers. The items that you've sent is not the item that you've in display:
No. 1 - Cake consists of 7 Ferrero Rocher in MyFlowerTree display while the cake I received had only 4 Ferrero Rocher.
No. 2 - It was not the same cake and size that was in display.
No. 3 - Birthday card was missing.
No. 4 - My message was missing on the cake.
More Critical Lies and Dishonesty Towards Customers:
Item need to be delivered on 8th March 9-10PM but it got delivered at 9th March 6 o clock.
I opt for express delivery but you guys not able to provide delivery in express.
At 12:30 am at night you posted status on Track Order online that your items will be delivered tomorrow on 9th March.
You guys totally wasted and disrespect my family member birthday that need to be celebrated on 9th March exact 12 o clock at night but you guys just made a joke on that. You guys were not even concerned to inform and just telling lies again and then and not even accepting your mistake.
You guys are disgusting in each and every manner, but not accepting your mistake and what are you even charging for because you are not able to fulfil the promises you make for which customer pays you. This is not the joke going on, this is the business where you need to understand the concern of the customers.
Your company, your customer service representatives are totally working with dishonesty, totally disrespectful to customers, doing cheating and fraud with customers with giving wrong items and not giving some items that customers has paid for.
I want my full amount back for this order anyhow. I don't want to listen to your lies and dishonesty in all your words. I would not recommend anyone to use your dishonest services where you cheat people.
Call me tomorrow on critical priority and pay be back my full amount that I have paid for this item. Totally unsatisfied the way you treated me and the way you made my family member birthday in a mess.
You should put status on your website "If you want your b'day to get messed, please order the cake and gifts from our website. "
