Don't ever but from my flower tree it's showing faking delivery and none of the customers care numbers are working . I wanted to surprised my loved one with the gift hamper but they are cheating to their customers such a fraud

Do not go for my flower tree. I book a cake and a gift for 2208 to be delivered on 26-12-2023 at nagpur. The order did not get finalised after the payment been done from my side. The service call centre could not deliver tlon same day so I cancelled the order. Mayflower was suppose to refund me back. No email. Suddenly on 28th a message come order is finalized for 2208. And was delivered half of the order. Only cake got delivered the gift of two pots was not delivered. Been calling the center for follow up...no response so is this review. A geniune by a doctor suggesting all others no to ever trust or go for my flower tree, pathetic..there license for online should be cancelled.

Ordered pink flower bouquet rapped in a jute cover..instead got delivered in a normal pink cover.. paid extra for fixed time delivery but got delayed delivery.

Very poor service . They did neither deliver the flowers on date nor answer to any of my queries. It seems to be a scam. I lost money. They even reschedule the delivery without even asking me and never showed up.

I had ordered some flowers to be delivered the same day within the same city. I had even paid extra to book the super fast delivery service, that is, delivery in an hour. The order was supposed to be delivered by 2 pm.

The order was not delivered by then and not even by 4 pm. At 4:05 pm after endless follow ups the order was marked delivered but was not physically delivered. The customer care seems to have blocked my number so that I can't follow up any more.

I don't understand how such a fraudulent company is allowed to operate and even shows up on the first page of Google search results.

Ordered a cake for my daughters’ half birthday. They failed to deliver it on the birthday and then delivered a completely different and disgusting cake the next day. The cake vendor also had the audacity to ask for extra money to put candles and cake toppers! Never ever trust them for your gifts and cakes and special occasions.

Extremely bad service as they could not deliver on the given time slot and besides that they had the audacity to tell me that the order will be delivered the day after which had no value. And they could not even refund as they have this stupid system that they refund only on the websites wallet

Pl don't ever order from My Flower Tree. They do not deliver on time. Reschedule delivery per their convenience which does not make sense at all. And do not even take a request for cancellation. For a function on Thursday, they are delivering on Friday. They don't even bother to inform they will not be able to deliver unless you call to check. Fraud company....never order from that website.

These people delayed order only by 9 hours. Customer support not reachable, no way to communicate to them. After threat for police they ordered someone to deliver what I had not asked for. Delivery was planned between 9 to 12 pm for function and they delivered at 9 pm when everything was over. Just don't accept their mistake. SIMPLY AVOID THESE THUGS.

I had placed order for two different colour Glads for next day 0900-1200 h delivery for birthday wishes.

There was no update and delivery.

I had raised the complaint and every time I got response that we are looking into it.

Finally, I received flowers after two days and one Glads and one roses set.

Raised the issue once again. And the mail was received that items are delivered and issue closed.

Thanks for closing the complaint….

Regarding items delivered-

With this kind of service I don’t think I will ever order again with My Flower Tree. Further I need to put feedback on social media as a caution for pathetic services.

This is the first and last time I orderedwith My Flowers Tree. Pathetic services and no after sale support for any issues.

It is as good as money gone down the drain.

Ordered Cheesecake from Myflowertree

Absolutely disappointed as the cake was not in shape when received it. ALSO IT WAS JUST A SPONGE CAKE..Paid a huge amount for utter disgrace and shambolic service.

Pathetic would be an understatement.

Poor handling by them which they accepted on the mail as i shared photos.

It was a bday party and was embarrassing to say the least in front of family and friends.

All they cud do was gv replacement cake.. Why would i trust you again?? And a week after bday ..really

Bought a T-shirt on myflowertree.com.got 2 sizes smaller, shot cheap quality, there was dust on the back side of the white t-shirt and stains all over. Customer care girl was nonchalant and never returned the call. KEEP AWAY from this vendor. Should be banned to scam people.

The photo doesn't really show the disappointment of holding this t-shirt in the hand!

I ordered a cake for my niece's bday - chocolate truffle eggless cake worth 799 - and paid 350.for midnight delivery as she was faraway at her hostel & I had organized a surprise party with her friends. I had put up a beautiful msg also. However the cake got delivered on the next day 12.25 noon. There was no personalized msg. The cake was some cheap chocolate cake and she couldn't consume because she wasn't sure it was eggless or not. No proper response from customer care. Still fighting for my refund. Never order from this site. NEVER. Attached both photos of the cake I had ordered vs what got delivered.

I ordered a Nutty Fruit cake from MFT for my Husband’s birthday. cake I received was was horrible. It was just cream and wasn’t a fresh cream too. Worst experience ever. They charged around 1000 and Cake they delivered was just a piece of garbage. I suggest you not to get filled by these scammers. Cake does not look like what I ordered. When you reach out to them they will not even listen to you. They put unpeeled oranges and kiwi instead of pineapple, strawberries and fresh kiwis.Very annoying experience and I am never going to order cakes from my flower tree . I am attaching pics of what I received and what pic they had in for this on their website. So embarrassing moment for my on this special day of mine. They ruined it totally. Customer service is even worst. They should be sued for what they are doing. CHEATERS

Ordered a cake which they promised to deliver between 3 to 6 pm. after numureous calls and complaints, the cake was finally delivered at 10.15 pm. And worse, their delivery person called me and asked for money to deliver the cake.

You dont have any option to cancel the order even it is late. Their customer service is pathetic and only answer they give is that no refund will be issued in any cirmustances.

Myflowertree delivery is done by local third party vendors who would go out of way to do fake deliveries. Don't use MyFlowertree for small cities or towns as you will experience same as I have experienced. For a city like Rajpura, the delivery was coming from Chandigarh, the vendor did fake delivery. They never called, or even came to address, bt will just mark your order delivered. Even they will do fake receipent signatures on receipt. I found that when MyFlowerTree support provided me so called proof of delivery. They have no answer was delivery person never called or arrived at house. None in my neighborhood heard from any delivery person. They did this twice already for same order and I am never trusting them again. I will rather use FNP or other companies.

Withered flowers, Much earlier delivery than scheduled and rotten cake. Everything went wrong on a single service which ruined the birthday party of my relative in noida. I ordered the cake for them and went there to celebrate. Just think about the embarrassment I had to go through. Please help me to sue them for my loss of face and embarrassment in addition to serving rotten food items which could have impacted the health of guests and relatives
