Order#1334461 - I have order combo pack(toy, cake and bouquet) for my wife birthday, but bouquet was delivered with very old one(seems week back flower), however toy and cake are good.

I have put a complaint through portal against my order and requested complaint team to check with dealer. Even we called dealer and no response after sharing the delivered flower screen shot.

Now, MFT team has closed the complaint with below reason.

"all bouquets are prepared using fresh flowers which arrives daily from farms".they shared the fresh flower screen shot which is shared by dealer.but no response for old flower images which is shared by customers.

This is the cheating one.I spent Rs 2200 rs.

This app is a fraud provides worst service and you dont have any costumer care to get your issues sorted. Please don't waste your money using this app

They took money for 20 roses delivered only 9 and there is not costumer care. The delivery was delayed by 1 day. The quality of flowers was not good.please go for legitimate apps like FNP .they don't even deserve 1 star .

I ordered flowered which were supposed to be delivered max till 9pm but eventually got delivered till 10pm . I tried to contact them on email but it bounced and the phone numbers don’t work. I did think it’s a scam. There is no way to contact them in case of an issue. Personally won’t book with them again as there is no customer support.

In October 2019 I sent a bouquet to a colleague in Chennai who retired on 31st of that month. The bouquet was to be delivered on first at her residence. However, when the lady sent a photo I realised that delivered a different bouquet.

This was my reaction seeing the photo of the bouquet on WhatsApp. "Thanks for the photo.

(However, I see that the bouquet is much different from the one we ordered.)" I communicated the anomaly to My Flower Tree. They didn't even say sorry. Unfortunately, I have deleted all communications except WhatsApp.

Very Bad service asking for invoice so many times but not giving. I am corporate employee and need to submit in my office but they are not providing. Pathetic Service. dont use service.

The myflowertree is pathetic in service, its app is not outdated, no proper customer service, no delivery onntime, I have my worst experience with myflowertree. Please waste your time and money. Try zomato or swiggy instead

Very unreliable. They claimed to have delivered the flowers even though no flowers were delivered, even after paying for same day delivery, I received a call at 1030 pm for the delivery man to come to the house for delivery. I was shocked to hear that the flowered were still not delivered. Such crazy and dishonest service.

I recently ordered a cake from Myflowertree for a special occasion, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The picture on the website showcased a beautifully decorated cake with intricate design. However, what arrived was a far cry from what was advertised. The colors were dull, and the design was sloppy compared to the elegant presentation on the website.: The delivery experience was equally disappointing. When it is designer cake it needs to be handled with care. The staff came on a two wheeler to deliver two cakes, causing the cake to shift, further smudging and damage to the already lackluster decoration. Overall, this experience was incredibly disappointing, especially for a special occasion. I expected myflowertree to deliver a product that matched the quality and aesthetics shown on their website. Unfortunately in spite of paying a premium price, they fell short in both presentation and service. I will not be ordering from them again and cannot recommend them to others.

Placed an order on monthees day till now the order is not delivered. Called customer care center 10 times to cancel the order and refund the amount but no response till now and no refund as well. Please don’t place any orders on this site and loose your money worst service

My flower tree is a fraud company.

I placed the order for flowers at 11.55 a.m on mother's day.i paid for express delivery.till evening no response..late evening I get a mail saying that no one responded and our person cudnt find the address, so rescheduled ur delivery for next day.next day also nothing happened and I receive another mail saying same reason.you cannot contact them.

Nothing ..so pls.be careful and donot place any order with them..its really bad .

My daughter booked a bouquet for me from Gurgaon for Mother's Day which was on the 12th of May. Myflowertree delivered the bouquet on the 13th in a withered state. Similar incidents have happened earlier also. It's frustrating when a company consistently fails to deliver on their promises. It seems Myflowertree prioritize profits over professionalism, with their chronic tardiness and subpar quality. It's unacceptable that a Mother's Day gift arrived a day late and in a sorry state. It might be time to reconsider giving them business.

DO NOT BUY. They will never deliver anything and you will end up losing your money. Filed a case in consumer court against them, this is a case of cyber fraud they mentioned

Worst experience with fraudulent website.i ordered gifts on 12 may but nobody is responding calls and order is not delivered.no updation got from them .please block the website. i login complaints but did not get any response.they are also not refunding money. I added the screenshot with order id but no action taken.

I had ordered from them assuming it will delivered on time. Its 10:30 pm I am trying to reach out to their customer support from past 1 hr and it busy. No appropiate update on website. Not sure if my order will be delivered or their delivery executive had it. @ MyFlowerTree if you are new into business then you should have become with something better as there are already well established sites than you. Please refund my amount and try to work on this and improve your service.

Definitely a fraud company, today is mother's day i am still waiting for the order, so dissapointed as I wanted my mother to feel special. Who ever is the owner of the company you, your whole family will never be happy, as you playing with so many peoples emotions. Trust me when I say this, you will suffer badly all life. Yes I never received anything, no order received but they took the payment from me.

I wanted to share my feedback regarding the birthday cake I recently ordered from your shop. While I appreciate the effort, I was disappointed to find that the cake I received was quite different from the one advertised on your website.

Additionally, the birthday girl's name was not mentioned on the cake, nor was the accompanying gift card included.
