I would like to inform that the muthoot staff are unprofessional, no sense to talk no sense to update any quire specially banglore staff Miss ankita.. Very unprofessional using abuse words to their Customer.

Recently i had an horrible and irritating experience with muthoot finance as a gold loan customer.

Last month when i planned to prepay my gold loan outstanding through online imuthoot app , it said the maximum eligible amount to pay is the interest amount only . In fact it din't allow to make online part payment and the same i talked to the branch manager that it has stopped the online part payment services and told to make payment at the branch. I guess this a very calculative strategy by muthoot finance to earn more interest from customer and make business by harassing customers and not allowing to make part payment online. When i came to branch to close the account the branch manager told me to pay online to a virtual payment address and after submitting documents the VPA got activated on the next day . And also he told not to make the full payment through online and keep some amount for cash payment . This is i mean ridiculous , to close the account literally it took two days. Also the branch manager was very unprofessional and asked me personal questions about my life and kind of persuaded me to make other investments in Muthoot finance to benefit his business targets.

My overall experience with muthoot finance has been extremely terrible , in a digital world they are way behind and its sorry to say that celebritiy like Amitabh bacchan has advertised muthoot finance .

Please think multiple times before taking any loan from a gold loan company like muthoot fianance.

Very bad/ poor service from muthoot.

After doing payment it will not reflect on their system, they will ask us to wait 24 hours to release our pledge gold.

KR pura Bangalore staffs also not able to clear customer issues in time.

Waiting two hours to get loan. And staff has not proper knowledge. Tamilnadu, 627357 branch. No proper response.no proper intimation. I think this is the worst branch of muthoot.

I had 8 years experience in corporate I my whole career I have never seen such type of stupid assistant branch manager at Karimganj branch name Niranjan suklabaidya. He don't have any ideas how to handle customer alongwith how to maintain he don't have any leader's quality even. But except BH each and every staff in this branch are very much helpful name are sangita, ujjal, anirban, rippon. I have seen such type 3rd class manager like Niranjan suklabaidya

Worst service, instead of muthoot please go to nearest bank it is the best choice, in my situation in muthoot the app for repayment was not working and they said to pay in cash after withdrawing 8 lakh first day I have paid 2 and next day they said cash was not accepted beyond 2 lakhs and made deposit in my bank account and said to make a virtual account to make payment and branch people insisting to keep the loan.the coustomer service also very poor they will not connect to new coustomer saying your number was already registered will call back but you will not get any call really I was fed up and disappointed to there service, banks are 1000 times far more. Better please don't waste your time and i will not recommend muthoot finance at all.and last if you forget to renew your gold loan then your intrest rate will be oh my god you can't believe they will suck your blood and amitabachan is the brand ambassador for this company.he was also drinking poor peoples blood

I took a loan for 1lakh from this branch

They said whenever u want to close only 20, 000 amount will be except but when I reached to branch after few month they said 1, 20, 000 want in cash so they took whole time about 2hour in branch very poor experience

In market value branch I had apply for the gold loan takeover loan from union Bank actually in union Bank I need to pay 141000 I said them with people I want 2 lakhs loan to that money that fellow first sad ok we will give first what the amount needed we will pay there and he said and 150000 paid, now actually as per my gold weight is I will get 1 lakh 90000 but that fellow is now telling to give that for 30000 charges will be not said before, ,

Lack of proper knowledge, , knowledge poor information they doesn't know proper training waste waste service and they wasted my time and they wasted misleaded the hope of the customer please don't go to the narketpally Muthoot finance

The gold given was new and very heavy but it was all dissolved in KCN (local chemical used to excret gold) also the jewelary was cut into pieces and the jewelary's was weight less and the original paper tht had the gold wait before giving was not showed. People go with a hope for a better future for their family but these people dissolve the gold, it's not just someone's peice of jewelary to wear it's a someone's hope, and with trust we take loan not to see it like this these are frud do not give your jewellery please

Actually I went to KR Puram Ayyappa Nagara Muthoot finance branch to renew my Gold Loan, they said they do not take interest & Principal amount both to account, they receives only cash, and if we pay the cash again they will not pay us as cash they pay to account after renewals, we do not understand their white and black scams, and also if we renew the lone again rate of interest will go to 18% per anum, 1.5% per month. I do not recommend any more this kind of Prods anywhere,

It was horrible experience for me in my life , when I received my gold item after closing lone , my all item was not in good condition before lone it was very new but after lone I received very bed condition, shape less or every item had A Cut marks , but I surprised how was weight right just before I don't know how it possible becoz all item had a cut mark which showed clearly, Sec 24 rohini branch dt. 02/11/24 , staff and branch manager said it's our quality check test , I was very disappointed that time , they all lied about that matter bcoz I put there my gold many time but I saw it 1st time , I will never go muthuth
