MSI Prestige Series Core i5 8th Gen PS42 8M-240IN Thin and Light Laptop

Hay guys I brought this laptop before 1 year ago from amazone store I got the delivery within 5 to 6 days and after using it I got that it was very heavy to carry.i could not carry it for my office.

And also it look very big in size which was very weird While I opened it and Using it.Sometime it was getting hang and did not open ms office file.due to these problems I called to customer care and told about the problem so they told me to visit on store and repaired that but I didn' t have that much time to go so I asked for sent any exucutive to take that for repair but they told me we can' t come.i was very dispointed.And cut the phone.it was very poor response to customer care so guys no value of money don' t waste your money to buy this kind of lappy.
