They take the orders & payments for item not available & then call you to swap with whatever is available.

This has happened many times.

I ordered cake & other goodies online for delivery at my parents house couple of times & every time Mr brown staff calls them for the items ordered not available & to swap with other stuff available. Very disappointing. Why do you accept orders if an item is not available.

FOOD AND PRESENTATION-Mr Brown Food Quality is Awesome Presentation is Mind blowing . Mr Brown is the quality of all kind of food. here You can Enjoy Almost Every meal, But friends Mr Brown Is a Bakery Not a Complete Resturant So you Can Eat Like Burgur, Pizza, Sandwich, Cake.

AMBIENCE- If We Talk About the Envoirement here, It is Very Great. You can Come here And Enjoy.

CUSTOMER SERVICE- My Personal Experience is that the Customer Service here is of Excellent quality.

VALUE FOR MONEY- If you talk about value for money, then the food here is a little expensive than the Market.

I am student so, I used to travel to visit different colleges during fest time. I visited IIT kanpur to attend Antargani Fest 2015, after the event I stayed for 3-4 days to explore the place.

There I hang out with my college buddies and visited rave 3, after coming we saw this bakery, the look was amazing as compared to other shops in kanpur.

We found that its brown, Mr. Brown, we entered and ordered a 5 pastries and hot dog there.

We all visited Mr brown for the first time, and you will not the believe the taste of the pastry was really sweet, never had such a tasty thing ever before. The quality was superb, and the price was not so much high. The hot-dog was okay okay, but the pastry was really amazing which was not expected.

After that experience I love Mr. Brown, Bakery

Its cakes and pastries are enough to make someone's day.!

Located in Phoolbagh, Mall Road is one of my few and favorite places when ever I visit kapur. A must visit place for me and honestly many might not agree with me it might not be that great but the food is totally awesome.

Open through out the week between early hours till 10 in the night and yes ample parking space available but during weekends it might be a problem to park 4 wheelers.The parking space can at times get crunched.Known for it's legendary pizzas, sandwiches and burgers the place has served with pride for over a decade. Cofee, milk shakes and yes mocktails for the drinking lovers.

A complete AC vegetarian restaurant that serves one of the best sandwiches ranging between Rs.120-150 and veg burgers worth RS.50-70.Perfect place to spend a nice evening, amazing food and good quality service with a friendly staff.Pocket pinch of Rs.500 max to max for 2.

Kanpur is my native place so every year in summers I used to visit it.Last Thursday we visited Mr.Brown(Kanpur). The place has no proper space for sitting and the staff members are always keep staring you. As soon as you finish your food they will ask you to leave the chairs which is very insulting.

Taste is good but customer service is very poor. It is the worst place to hangout. I dint like it at all.

I have visited Mr Brown Bakery( Kanpur) many times. but before I never sit there and Eat.

This is the first time we planned to sit and eat. We were eating the stuff ordering again, eating again. We forgot that the stuff is finished and we are busy chit chatting for last 5 mins.

All of a sudden a staff of Bakery come and asked to leave seats. This seems to be very insulting. We immediately left the bakery and moved out. The bakery doesn't let you buy cookies as per your needs. You have to buy as they are selling.

Above all the rude behavior of the staff. The only thing they are in demand coz of the placing of their store and the taste of the products. However, its a shame for Kanpurites to go to civil lines corner and get insulted.
