Morphy Richards HBCD Hand Blender

I used Morphy Richards HBCD for just 2 months . I chose Morphy Richards Company as it is well known by everyone and is one of the trusted brands and most used brand and has a great reputation all over the world, and my family and friends recommended to buy this Product but unfortunately my experience has not been so good, there were many problems that I faced using this product and would like to tell you some. This product is very less durable and is easily breakable, I was able to use it for just 2 months and It just stopped working after that, It felt like I wasted my money on such famous brand which did not provide durable product. And the customer service is also very poor It took around 1 week to get it fixed, and their staff is also not very friendly. The product requires constant need of repairing which is also expensive. I had the worst experience with this and I would not recommend this product, there are many other companies that are offering same product at less price and more durable.

I had purchased this morphy hand blender 1 year ago and I am sharing my experience about this product. I purchased this product from a retail shop. The product works excellent for 6 months but after that it started giving problem. I contacted morph and raise a complain about the product.

The technician repair the product but the charges of the servicing is very high 350rs which is very expensive in my opinion. I will not recommend this product to anyone because of pathetic service provided by the manufacturer and the price of the product is is little high compared to the other brands like phillips, Panasonic etc.

Morphy Richards HBCD SS hand blender is a very good product. What differentiate it with others is its steel body look.

It has a stylish look for a modern kitchen. It has different features like 400 watts dc motor, variable speed control, wall mountable, universal blade multiple function, detachable stainless steel leg for easy cleaning.The brand Morphy Richards is trusted brand in home appliances and givers great customers service. If you are looking for hand blender go for it.

This review is for the Morphy Richards HBCD SS hand blender which I recently bought from a electronics shop.  This product is very good and looks stylish for a modern looking kitchen.

The brand morphy richards is trusted brand in home appliances and givers great customers service .

I bought this hand blender as I wanted something in black colour and this blender looks modern and stylish . There were many products of morphy but this was my personal preference for colour.

This blender works really great and I got it in a sale at 3500rs. It has 400 watts motor and comes with its own attachments like chopper, whisker and nice measuring beaker .

Every attachment is stainless steel . It has 2 speed controls and the locking mechanism is also great.    The grip on the handle is good and does not slip and build is sturdy and has good blades which can be clean with no hassle.

Must buy hand blender if you are looking for one. There are some more variants of morphy which you can go for and that have different prices and usage .

I recently brought this hand bleander at a good price of 3200. Its actuall mrp is 4095.

What differentiate it with others is its steel body look.

Its attachment includes whishker, chopper and measuring beaker.

Features of the products are

1) 400watts dc motor

2) variable speed control

3) wall mountable

4) universal blade multiple function

5) detachable stainless steel leg for easy cleaning.

If you are looking for hand bleander go for it.

As compare to other brand its 400rs extra. But I would pay due to looks.

Hand blender with chopping and whisker attachment a must required combination. typically this comes in handy when you want to whisk eggs for your cake, make batter your pan cakes, chop veggies, make puree for pastas. I regularly use this in my kitchen its sturdy body and motor gets your chopping work done in less than a minute. believe it or not it also minces meat to your requirement.

So far we have not face any problem with unit, I would recommend this product in every kitchen.

The service is really horrible.

Customer care works from 9am to 6:00pm and if you call at 5:30pm, an automated machine will say "our customer care works from 9am to 6pm":D

I called many numbers specified in the service center sheet. Most of them are not working. Out of reach or temporarily out of service.

Some were picked and they say that we only support bajaj electrical(then why the hell you have specified your number in morphy richard's service center), and other service centers(who by chance support morphy richard and were picked) have their own rates. One said 225, other 425 and third one 550. Now who is correct God knows and what is the authenticity of that part only that service center knows:)

Looks like either I am mad that I have purchased this blender from morphy richard or the owner of morphy richard who doesn't seems to continue with his customer.
