Be it cakes or brownies, they have the best of them. monica’s has been my personal favourite since childhood because I remeber me crying for their eggless chocolate brownies which are lip smacking and also their sandwiches which are extremely rich in protein and are extremely healthy for us. would strongly recommend going here

Been a regular client at Monica's for past 3 years now. Remember the days when the specially designed bday cakes I have picked straight from the kitchen at their house in sector 38. One crazy chocolate mud cake they had. Soft , rich in taste and outstandingly fresh. Sadly things have deteriorated at their end big time . Probably because of expansion and making their menu bigger they have lost that touch.

Thrice it has happened with me that slice I took from the place was hard and just won't break down with the flimsy plastic spoon they give. Staff's attitude is also a letdown.

All the good work mam has put in over the years hasn't been put to best use. The cupcakes are small in size and the frosting on them is not edible.

Cookies are again a big let down. Didn't like the chocochip at all. Hard and zero taste.

Please , give us the good old Monica's back and we would love to come again and again.

Planning to binge on some calories? Then Monica’s Puddings and Pie’s is the right place. One of the best places in Chandigarh to indulge in yummy cakes and pastries. It a small well maintained bakery. Everything here is clean and hygienic.

The best part about this place is that the cakes and pastries are heated a bit and then served. It adds yumminess to the actual taste. My personal favorites are: Mud Cake which is very exquisite in taste, their Red Velvet Cake is the best I have eaten anywhere & Chocolate Orange Cake which had the perfect blended taste of orange and chocolate. Perfect taste and texture.  Prices are quite decent and portion wise they are pretty generous;)

If you still haven’t been here, you should definitely plan a trip soon. This place is not worth missing. Go treat your taste buds with Monica’s yummy desserts. Must visit. Highly recommended

I have seen them coming out with different flavours over the years and they never hesitate to explore more with an intention to give its guests a pure bite of heaven. There is a display of their expertise in bakery items on the side wall before you even reach to the main cabinet. Look out for their blueberry cheese cakes, truffles, chiffons, mud cakes cheery cakes and the list is endless.

Not to miss, the cabinet is filled with mix-coloured pudding and cakes in flavours like cherry as well as the more common chocolate or vanilla; deep coloured caramels that seems to be made of yummy creams, swirls of fruits, nuts and biscuits that bear witness to the fact that these recipes get their flavour by actually putting in the things that they take their name from.

The staffs are generally very helpful given that the bakery is both tiny and usually busy. Great service and quality baked goods are what it's all about.

The perfect place that comes to your mind when you think of cakes and pastries. Amazing dry cakes. They have a big name in circle of making great patisserie in Chandigarh and they have been working hard to keep this name intact. Seriously, great great efforts. Prices are descent here and the portions are nice as well. Looking at how the market is evolving competitive around offering vast array of things, I would still say they are positioned one among the tops and are delivering excellent products.

Since the time I can remember, Monica's has always been serving cakes and umpteen number of bakery products that have always been consistent in taste. Quality has not changed, they have always kept their products upped in order to maintain the standard, and how. Be it cakes, cupcakes or breads, they are fresh and best. The best thing about Red Velvet cake is that the topping is just perfect to complement the taste of the cake.

I am a great fan of Monica's Puddings & Pies, in Chandigarh since it opened about 11 years back. I am a well travelled man and fond of equisite cuisine, however regarding Cakes and Deserts, nothing to beat this joint, not only Chandigarh or in India..but worlwide. Their Chocolate/Plum Cakes are really superb.

They were earlier offering Doner Kebas and Mutton Curry, I do not why they stopped it, because it was also a hit. They should start it again.

The decoration on Wedding/Anniversary/Birthday Cakes are out of this world and sometimes much beyond imaginations. and their new range of Cherry Cakes. Opera, Mouses, Suffles and PhotoCakes are beyond imaginationI am lucky that at all the premier Parties/Weddings I go in and around Punjab/Haryana and the VIP'S Dinners to, I get to taste their Cakes.. Wish them all very best
